Suarez + Aguero up front! Now that would be cool Think both are great players - but maybe because Loserpool have more rubbish players, Suarez stands out more? Think they are both great players - wouldn't mind either one

Have you been following Sunderland under ex blues man Gus Poyet? They have gone from relegation fodder under DiCanio to a hard working, well disciplined side - it won't be an easy match. They are on the up - and we are a little inconsistent. If we get the first goal - we should kick on and win - but if they grab an early lead it might be a tough game resulting in a draw. Gus will be motivating his players massively, could even be a Red Card in this game... Look at Hull vs Liverpool last weekend? The EPL offers no easy games - that's why the league generates the most money globally - every game is hard to call. So this air of 3 points and clean sheet is bordering on delusional... It's a war, we have to fight every battle and I'm with WeHateScouse - scrappy 1-0 win will do...
-
Oscar is just as good though... I would have Oscar, Schurrle and Mata at the moment - think Hazard is behind them 3 in consistency so far this season... Hopefully as other Belgians have said - he gets better in the 2nd half of the season!!
-
Finally we have a PLAN B that works I remember moaning non-stop about this under RdM and FSW - but that was good. @Toronto - think you're being a bit harsh, Jose couldn't predict that we would lose a goal that early on and Essien was a great player and he used him at RM plenty. Him bringing on Lamps (who needs a rest midweek) was a good choice and then he changed the way we played in 2nd half. I guess we will never know the original game plan - seeing as we hit the self destruct button

Great tactics by Mourinho. I did doubt it at first - but it worked and I somehow knew we would 3-1 Well done Ramires - absolute legend! Iva is better crossing if you don't give him time. Torres put in a shift, BA deserved his goal Lampard needs a rest - did ok though - but 3 games in a row is a bit too much IMHO More pleased with the desire and power -that's what Chelsea are about !!! Nicely in 2nd sitting pretty and I think Lukaku will own Arsenal - so expecting them to drop points and us top for Xmas
-
I'm glad I was wrong about the BA substitution - yet again Mourinho proves the doubters wrong and the players responded... This is the Chelsea I remember - never say die and putting in a shift. Ramires is easily MOTM - World Class performance by him. Did Mikel come on? Haven't seen him touch the ball yet
-
Hazard has been pretty poor - he needs benching for a few games
-
KNEW IT - KNEW WE WOULD WIN 3-1 if we scored
-
Good move bring off Lamps for Mikel
-
Ramires having a good game
-
That was a bad challenge - Ref is hopeless, Shaw also grabbed Iva and didn't get booked - inconsistent !!!!
-
That's good for us - good player Schneiderlin
-
Leader legend get in JT
-
Yeah he just looks tired - I'm not slating Lamps - just think we should be using him a little better than every game...
-
Long shots - sub keeper - come on boys
-
If we equalise we will win 3-1
-
Fucks sake Terry have a word with Ramires and calm him down...
-
Please take Lampard off - 3 games in a row - his legs have gone
-
Ivanovic needs to be dropped - same mistake as Basel... Azpi is the better RB... Essien + Lampard in the same team = problems, both too slow now... We need to change it at H/T again NO TEMPO. Always the same problem... This is probably the most frustrating Chelsea squad ever promises so much, delivers so little... Sigh - just seen BA coming on... Calling it now as a bad decision - please let me be wrong...
-
begs the question of whether it is really loyalty then huh
-
Hope so - we have very few options left Cool on the coaching

Because you are never comparing apples with apples - every game is different West Ham and Basel - who saw that coming? We've had 3 different managers in 2 years - it's hard to enforce a style of play (consistently) and we have a glutton of players in some positions and lacking in others - we need a few years to rebuild the team with the right balance. Chemistry in real life isn't like FIFA - you get out what you put in and that 5-6 days a week on the training ground. It takes time - but the end product is worth it. The world has become too impatient, we're now a global disposable society - but ask yourself this one question, sure you can get a pizza, kebab, burger 24x7 - but does it honestly taste as good as your Mums Sunday lunch (or national dish)... Because in UK a Sunday Roast takes 4-5 hours, is hard work but SO rewarding... I hope that's whats happening now at Chelsea - we've tried the fast food option, got indigestion (but still won a trophy) - now is the time for some good old patience whilst we wait to savour the dish... It's late - I could be talking bollox - but it makes sense to me...
-
I don't actually mind Le Arse being at the top - usually it was Utd, now it's Arse... What do they have in common? Longegivity in Managers... Arse is now the longest serving manager - and have a way of playing football that is ingrained into the club... Yes Ozil has helped - no denying... BUT keeping faith in a manager has paid dividends. We all know they will bottle the cups and ultimately finish 4th - but if we kept the same manager for more than 2 years - WHAT COULD WE ACHIEVE? Some of you already moaning about Mou? Seriously? I love this minute by minute support...
-
Heh - definitely not a fan then Who you hoping we sign for this role then - come the January window? If we had a Toure type player - we would be unstoppable in midfield. I did think Mikel did ok on Saturday - but like Graham Souness's comments about Adebayour on Sunday "He flatters to deceive, and is a trickster" - at the time I thought, brilliant description of Mikel...
-
To be fair to Mikel - I think he looked comfortable in this formation - along with Lampard and the unbelievable running Ramires I'd say this was one of Mikel's better games...
