Chelsea are looking for another partner club to send young players to and the lax work permit rules for footballers in Belgium make Mouscron quite attractive. In turn, that's made the Dutch press fret that transfers by loan won't be going the way of Vitesse any longer and that a Mouscron deal would see the end of Chelsea's involvement with the Eredivise team.
