  1. I don´t like the idea of taking Citeh as serious threat. Where are the good old days of battering them in their backyard with like 5:1 or something like that. Need the three points and get back on the track after Inter
  2. Hilario is a good back-up keeper, but now, i´d love to have Cudicini as the first 2nd choice keeper. I am sure Hilario won´t disappoint us.
  3. reminds me of the Fenerbace-game some time ago, 2:1 first leg, 2:0 second leg.....
  4. means that at least one of them will be out for the second leg, because no defender can´t stop Anelka or any other of our attacking line without commiting a foul, while our defenders are all "clean" and can do what they do best - annoy strikers
  5. Yes but that was in the C-Shield in pre-season so to say. but Ivanovic was outstanding everygame he´s played so far imo. Belletti at left-back should work. That is a genius of an utilitiy player.
  6. José already on the mind games. I am really thankful that we have the laid-back Ancelotti at the helm. The longer he is with us i more and more realize why Roman wanted Ancelotti so badly... So, biggest game so far this season for me. I think Inter is pretty much overrated, okay they got Maicon, Snijder and Eto´o but lots of mediocre players as well imo. Can´t wait like.
  7. He doesn´t gamble - result: we don´t have to be afraid losing to Stoke or something like that
  8. Good start by the lad Bruma. Looked promising if you ask me. Wolves made it tough for us, but Drogba, what would you say ? Amazing, absolute legend, this bulldozer of a striker. Rooney, the finished article ? My ass. Watched the Everton game...thanks for that toffees..brilliant display there as well.
  9. The relationship(s) of footballers mustn´t concern us. End of.
  10. fantastic, oppertunity to watch on the FA´s website, and in this very moment i am not in the UK. bollocks.
  11. What worries me is Ashley Cole out for the remainder of the season. Not the games we have to play
  12. Ashley Cole out for three months aprox. with a broken ankle. FUCK THAT
  13. spot on, sam ! the permier league is not only the strongest league in the world because there are always 4 english teams in the CL, because there are also mid-team-table teams which give a hell of a fight. basicially, the reason why there are only so few title contenders comes down to financial reasons if you ask me. the lack of money to invest in a deeper squad is the main reason you don´t concern spurs, everton or villa as contenders. so, we lost to a strong team on their turf yesterday, just like other teams traveling to stamford bridge.
  14. Ballack has been absoloutly essential for the whole season so far. Covers space like no other, blocks off players in their counterattack, brilliant vision as well. I am not biased to him cause his german, i doubted him lots last season and the season before but this year - very important player for us.
  15. Finally some troubleshooting from our camp. I like big mouthy players. Another reason they´ll never win anything is that they are always playing their youngsters in Cup-Games which might be good if the whole team wouldn´t be replaced and then being beaten by Stoke. They´ll never win anything. Out of the EPL, out of the FA-Cup, out of the Carling - CL exit to come, Wenger. "Don´t look back at Wenger"
  16. This one will be tougher than against Arsenal i reckon. But on the other hand, yesterday was just a brilliant and on-time boost of confidence. With Drogba chasing down poor Merseysiders i think we can get the job done. Tight 2:1
  17. Even a good player like Zhirkov needs some time to settle. Not every player is a José Bosingwa. Next season Yuri will kick things in !
  18. i don´t know, Terry being in the stands for the Arsenal-game might be a good thing after all. Don´t ask me why. Well, if the Arse-shavin is playing like on saturday you can even have a defense including Wes Brown and Rio Ferdinand. Cheer up, Hull is tough match i think..
  19. I don´t think JT did himself a favour here. I see dark clouds in all that jazz...
  20. Joe Cole deserved a goal today. Fantastic match by him. Sign him up, Carlos !
  21. Preston didn´t make it easy for us - good performace by PNE to be fair. BUT we have been efficient enough. Glad Sturridge scored again, could´ve had one or two more, but doesn´t matter in the end. Now conentrate on the Premier League again.
  22. need to win the next games urgently and take points away from Arsenal...shit, never believed they come back from an 11-point-gap, but we´re magicians... fuck sake, i´dont like the look of the Premier League table right now
