Every opponent hopes that we will sleep during ACN, so we must take care that we don´t. Easy as that, means, that we have to keep our available squad fit and healthy (rotation policy) and maybe ad one striker to the squad as well (if our young guns can´t step up ). lets don´t forget even without our african lads we still can play a really strong team...

I am really happy about how we do at the moment. I don´t really care about all the "Chelsea to win the trophy" at this stage of the season. What i really want to see is us getting the right results, throwing our young guns on the pitch, in fact: i realized how important that is, when i watched one of the Fabio twins for United. Amazing how good he became in the last months. I want that for us too, like Borini or Gael or Sturridge opening their accounts for Chelsea...

Well, i don´t think Wolves and Porto will cause us big trouble. Lets concentrate on the three points against Wolves and then think about something for Arsenal. Lamps out against Le Arse, a nightmare, but i think we might cope with that playing Mikel Essien and Ballack in the deeper midfield... playing a more defensiv way.

bad news, but i can´t see us loosing too much because of him and Ashley being forced out of the game. The way i see the things is that we now defend like in the Mourinho-days for a while, meaning that our fullbacks aren´t involved in the attacking so much (except for Ivano and possibly Belletti if they feel capable bombing down the pitch)...

I am really happy with the result. It was easy to see that Atletico wasn´t the team that will be thumped twice. They showed character, as did Chelsea falling behind. The moment after Drogba scored the 2:1 and Atletico got that free kick i was sure this was going to be a draw. We are qualified for Champions League KO stages with Drogba banging goals in like he was sweet 16. Bring on any team in the world, i say !
