The games at 7pm local time Wednesday 28th. So he couldn't fly back till the Thursday 29th anyway. Then the flights 10 hours, so that'd rule him out of training the Friday 30th. There is absolutely 0% chance of him playing a game on the Saturday 31st. I would bet everything I have on it. Never mind the jet lag and fatigue, he'll have 2-3 weeks off after the 28th.

Ivory Coasts last group game is Wednesday 28th so even if they get knocked out there's no way he's playing.

Only issue is Esher/Oxshott/Cobham sort of way is very affluent. It has good transport links and it would likely improve the transport and potentially attendance for the horse racing.
