Your post was stupid. Nothing you said in it had any relevance to what i had said. This post is better, still as stupid, but at least its on topic.
-
I'd swap him any day for mikel tbh, Mikels grand i just dont like him as a player he's never really improved that much despite being young, and he's a bit of a "donkey" if ya get me slow and lumbering, which is a shame because he seems like a grand lad. I do think romeu will become the man yet tho.
-
We'll your right, the post above is also right, wee need those type of players but i agree we need to build them aswell as buy.
-
I think this sums it up. This however is truly stupid. Least the other lad is in some sort of denile about it.
-
You just said what you said the first time, by your logic you shouldnt pick drogba based on scoring while i would know take him in a big game regardless, for experience and the like. Sturridge has been giving chances, not as many but he has and he hasnt impressed or made an effort, Torres at least makes the effort, most of the time.
-
So your saying you'd rather have sturridge then drogba for a final in wembley because on paper Sturridge scored more that season? This is all such wank and semantics, the only way any of this would apply is if you didnt know any of the players and just took it on statistics rather then your opinion and logical conclusion from what you've seen. The fact of the matter is that you think Sturridge is better then Torres and other thinks Torres is better then Sturridge or you have my camp that thinks well their both really bad atm but at least we know what torres COULD do and we also know what sturridge COULD do and if you take that into account, ATM, torres is the choice. You might not agree with that, but its irrelevant since RDM seems to at least share this opinion. At the end of the day, bitching like a girl because you didnt get your way isnt going to solve the real problem here, that is both are fucking useless atm and we need someone entirely better or just on form. By all means express your opinion but do we really need your nonsensical wank thrown at us every time sturridge dosent start, Torres is still our player and until he isnt our player he needs our support as fans, i dont care if he never scores again we as chelsea fans should have a certain degree of respect for the player until he's dropped or left. And like i always said at least he makes a fucking effort, something ive never seen sturridge do.
-
Its all semantics this, when we win the "open football" "random creativity" is brilliant, when we loose "we need to be more rigid and controlled" People are dumb.
-
The thing about your post's, is that like many things, politicians, religion, advertisement they sound good, but in reality they dont mean anything. Missing a 1000 but scoring 20 could be as useless to your team as scoring 5 in 100 misses, good example, drogba 6 goals in 36 games last year, a terrible stat, but he scored when it mattered and at the end of the day, that ALL that mattered. 30mill is way too high for fellani and i'd imagine i'd be closer to 25 or maybe even 20, everton arnt greedy and nothing in their transfer past says anything different either, now i would like to see fellani, i think he's better then mikel tho i wouldnt play him their, i actually think he'd be better use as being rotated between DM and CAM, for example lets say we play stoke or west ham? a big physical team, well play him instead of one of the 3 amigo's so it nullifies the effect of being "bullied" of the ball, thats just one example of why i'd like him anyway.
-
Sturridge is piss, Torres at least made an effort even if he was shite, and almost scored twice, something sturridge didnt get near doing, thats not the main problem tho since he was only on 10mins, the main problem was not only was he as shite as torres, he made no effort at all when he came on.
-
We didnt just get the luck today, Torres could of had a few if he had any luck to his name but he hasnt, unfortunate as usual, otherwise we played so well but just didnt kill it off, we drew the game ourselves tbh, it was ours to take, Sturridge was piss, they might as well kept torres on it made no real difference, hope Terrys alright, Fuck i do hate that suarez cunt.
-
Tho he is a brilliant player, chelsea football club has never glorified the negative aspect's of a person, sure you can say terry racism and his and cole "getting around" but none of that is 100% proven, and our stance on drugs and "cheating" has always been very good as well. The amount of charity work done from chelsea players to is fairly righteous to say the least. We breed a certain type of player at chelsea, a more humble i dare say nicer type of man, their no complete angels but their not bad guys, i dont think suarez could ever fit in with that, ive always been very proud to support chelsea because of this despite what has been claimed about our fan base in the past, the club has always been, for lack of a better word, a "nice" club.
-
Not shit pray-say, but as the people above said, "oh bad run of form, better get someone eles"
-
Lol so he's having a bad run of form and now he's shit? after being godly for months? Jesus christ people are retarded. Talk about sheeple.

But its not really being defensive, it just has the illusion of being defensive, take barca vs celtic or even us, but for the handiness of having the facts off the top of my head we'll go celtic vs barca, now barca had 955 passes and 81% possession, sound good? it certainly deos is it defensive? well your not letting the other team have the ball so i suppose it is, but they still conceded 2 goals both times from a simple one pass-one goal attack so for all their illusion of being defensive, they weren't actually being defensive at all, they were just attacking using their possession. As i said already you can dress it up all you want but their not really being defensive. That's not saying a defensive team cant concede but the point is if they were more balanced, it wouldn't of happened.
-
Yes and no, the team atm defo dosent fit his style, but wherever he goes it isnt long till he "fixes" it, i wudnt say kids either i mean he creates "young" squad wherever he goes its just he like them to become a core. I agree tho big mistake letting him go. Their defense is weak, its always been in this current incarnation, ya can dress it up whatever way ya want but barca's defense is weak, the only thing i admire is the pressure, Your second point also dosent do much in the way to disprove my claims its boring to watch and as said before they do attack attack attack as they say. Also the point of their diving and cheating cannot be ignored.
-
And if they'd of played a few long balls and some wide play instead of all those 955 passes they might of won instead of wasting everyone's time
-
Ah here, football is a game of opinions, and your entitled to yours, but i personally cant think of anything more boring then tika-taka and to say its beautiful is just ridiculous imo, if you ask anyone who dosent like football why they dont like it, they'll say "endless short passing, slow pace and faggots falling over" now that describes barca, why on earth would i like to see that?,this is also a huge factor of why people think modern football is shit. Im not a plastic fan if chelsea were to play that way i'd still support them but not respect them, in the diving regard i mean, one of the main reasons for my dislike of barca is they dont try and play like men they have the talent but instead of becoming a great side they play soft, if were going to go try and emulate them then why cant we at least try and be agile and fast but still be the rough and tough side we always were, also i think to glorify a side that goes into a match with only the attitude to score and no defend is pretty stupid, might as well watch street football with all its tackiness, football is meant to be a tactical game, and balance variation is key. Not attacking blindlessly. Theirs plenty of other games where theirs big score and tons of excitement to keep you entertained if you want that.

In fairness AVB made some really really bad decisions in subs to, for example look at when we played him at spurs, he made a sub he didnt have to make in defense and it cost him the game...hardly much of a tactician, AVB is a great scout of talent (and he should be that was his job before) and despite what i said he is also a great tactician, but theirs something he misses when it comes to the actual game, maybe he'll get better in time! but atm no he's not good, late subs are also a pet hate of RDM for me, im not sure why he dose'nt react some times, but its few and far between so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe is just comes down to one things, RDM is a lucky manager and AVB is not? lol it does look that way some times...and if you cant have a world class manager, i'll take a lucky one any day!

Standford bridge is one of the loudest grounds in england, UTD/liverpool fans are criticized for only singing when their winning, as the song says.... Im almost sure the drums and trumpets are banned from english grounds but while it may be noise, its not the right type of atmosphere, chelsea fans chant many loud and witty/relevant chants to the game this is something almost unique to english football and works much better, chelsea has gotten quieter on big nights in the last few years due to more tourist then hardcore/diehard fans being in the crowd, unfortunate outcome of success, for example chelsea away fans....very hard to find a louder and better bunch of chants and songs. You'd understand more once you've gone to see them at the bridge!
-
Exactly why the fuck would be be attacking for attackings sake, if the game needs defending defend and if its need attacking attack, and the rest of the time do a bit of both. Great teams do everything not one thing.
-
I really dont understand this? people's understanding of the game is laughable, He played badly because he had no help from hazard tracking back for huge sections of the game. simple.
-
No one has ever said if he's the right man for the job the way he's playing atm, we said he's better then sturridge and he is. And secondly sturridge has a childish, selfish attitude.....quite similar to yourself funny enough lol. It makes sense now.
-
Neither player has shown to take any of the easy chances tho and have wasted as much as they scored, therefore Torres being the better player all around is the obvious choice.
-
But he's never really been that type of player, and sturridge certainly isnt.
-
Ya'd honestly swear sturridge was the second coming of christ or something, I mean he's at a good player at best, maybe even a quality player for a mid table team, but thats it, he's simply not good enough, If torres even got to 20% of his former self he'd be better then sturridge, and atm neither do i really trust but im still going with Torres, Why? experience at least, along with the myriad of other factors
