I think we agree on most things just not out to do it, i agree you need balance and variation i just think more wide play not necessarily crossing from wide but wide play in general is needed. I wouldnt say teams with crossing are near the bottom, Man united are a great example of a team who really use their wingers as crosser's to their great benefit. I mean wigan played technically and passing last year and bar the odd good result finished bottom side of the table, but stoke who rely on almost only long balls, finished top 10....i dont think you can just put passing and technical play on a pedastool because its popular, our chelsea teams with drogba were much more crossing orientated and we were far from bottom...either way i want more wide play and a little bit more crossing i think we rely too heavily on the passing and technical play but balance is needed ofc, and tbh our prior performances being technical based and wide play crossing based speaks for themselves, we play better with a bit of everything. Am i one of the only ones who thinks cahill is fucking solid? I mean he's made mistakes here and there but given his price tag, the way he was supposed to be a squad player and his time on the field, he's been quality of the highest order and far deserves a place over Luiz atm, and dont get me wrong i really like David luiz i think he's a cult hero, but if ya compare the 2 cahill deserves it more for out doing himself while luiz almost always under performs for his potential bar the greatness he shows the odd time.

RM and bayern dont play in the PL, 10-15 crosses would be the lowest in the PL, its very very easy to defend going through the middle in the PL, crosses from the "right" angle therefore became the main stray, Torres is also only really scoring from headers recently, so....you want us to once again not play to his strengths? also RM use alot of wide play with a mix of low balls and high balls and a good variation of short passing and long passing from midfield.

That IS the problem they dont see a reason, because they all want to play centrally, they need to be forced wide and then allowed to randomly move back in and out and confuse the defense not do the same thing all match and hope it works....and they defo need more then 10-15 air balls......

This, The people who hate torres unconditionally are as bad the ones who love him, He's been poor but so has the wide play, the tempo and in general us, the only time ive actually went "dam were good" was the utd game and torres played well in that imo, good pace and good width gave him more space and he linked up nicely. Cavani and Gomez are better strikers then Lewandowski end of story, Neymar isnt even truly a striker, he's a winger/center forward etc while he may be a better player in technical ability, he's not as good of a striker and i dont think he ever will be, nor do i think he has what is needed to be a quality striker in the PL, he dosent track back or defend well either, which is something you could value in your striker.

Steve holland had to physically get of his seat today to scream at sturridge to track back, funny how he came on and didnt track back and we conceded from his side, So i guess this is the proof (recent proof anyway since we all know he was dropped for his lack of teamwork, but some people have short memories) that he's expected to track back and dosent, therefore making him useless unless he plays CF, which he's pretty poor at as well. So can people just give up on this guy now, its clear he's not good enough for us.

No as ive said before he's a good player, but he's not a great player, and good players are only fine for big teams when you have great players. But he is a cunt.
