Tbf it has "season" in it, so i can see why people are geting confused.
-
I just remembered what these threads are like. Probably better to avoid seeing as people are already writing our season off based on a pre season game, where players are playing out of position.
-
We have Matic Mikel and Ake on. We aren't gonna be that creative when our only creative players are fabregas and Hazard who are both playing Wide/ at CAM. No one is playing deep to feed them. But its only re season so who really cares providing they all stay fit.
-
Big DIDS. GO ON!
-
Not really mate. He is going there because it's an easy way to keep fit and train in preparation for the MLS system. City have as deep if not deeper squad than we do. Frank is hardly gonna be coming off the bench every week yet alone starting. And it's a loan deal unless there is some stipulation I'm not aware of he is getting paid by his parent club as usual and that's it. He could have done nothing til March or whenever it starts over there or take the easy loan to a club that will have them as his team is owned by them and keep fit. I honestly don't get what the huge deal is and lampard is my hero and in my opinion the greatest player we have ever had. I'm just surprised people are going so mental over it. Did I want it to happen.... No. But shit happens and It's not that big of a deal Imo. Edit: I get people have different reactions which is fair enough. Seeing him in a city shirt isn't something I'm looking forward to. But some reactions are a bit over the top Imo.

Lol. I look forward to seeing all the liverpool esque burning of Frank Lampard shirts over a 6 month loan move to City in which he will probably feature in a handful of games. He is going there to keep his fitness. Get a grip people. Geez. And calling him Judas after everything he has done in a Chelsea shirt is just hilarious.
-
Yeah. We also don't know what deals were offered. We know that Lampard wanted to renew his contract before the end of the season but we choose to wait. If we had really wanted to keep him we could have done. The guy who owns City owns or part owns his new team, so the loan deal makes sense for a player looking to keep fit which is essential for a player who is 36.
-
You wanna be mad at anyone be mad at the club or Jose for not reknewing his contract. Because either A) He is good enough to make a difference so we should have offered him one ergo its our fault or He isn't anymore in which case him going to city will have no impact. Neither of which are frankies fault.
-
No one is supporting anything. But the premier league is the pinnacle and we didn't want him. Can't blame the guy for being loaned to a team who wanted to take him. Lol at everyone getting annoyed at a player wanting to play in the premier league and not just giving up when the club he loves and loves him can't agree a new deal. He has every right to do it. And at least he didn't pick Arsenal or Spurs. EDIT: And it must be some goal to win them the league before Jan especially seeing as he will probably never start a game and will rarely even come on.
-
Lol. I love lampard as much as i love any non family member man. He wanted to stay, we let him go. He wants to play in the premier league. He is and always will be a chelsea legend and playing for city won't change that at all. The guy even requested not to be selected to play against us. Super Frankie always.
-
Gotta play fabregas with Matic. Playing fabregas in the 10 and playing ramirez over Oscar makes no sense to me when we can comfortably get both in especially due to Matic being an absolute tank.
-
I have nothing against Lukaku. I hope he does well (except vs us) and i think he will. Another case of younger players finding it very hard to get a chance to show what they can do with us. The attitude problem stuff is something i don't really know about, but he seems like a decent bloke. I would have loved for him to stay and for us to have a 3 of him, Costa and Drogba, but Fernando is in a contract that no one will buy out because of his high wage etc. And to clarify what i said earlier. I purely meant that because he was bigger and stronger than the average at say the age of 16 enabled him to play at a level very few 16 year olds could. His stats are still impressive nonetheless.
-
Are they??? Wow. Must get some great tv ratings.
-
Yeah tbf he was probably about 6ft 2 or something rediculously huge at that age so could play in the lower leagues and just dominate.

Is There One Big Signing Left In Us?
Hutcho replied to Special Juan's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Maybe another striker for cheap as back up. But personally i am extremely happy with our window and don't expect or particularly think we need to bring anyone else in. End the window bring on the first game. LetsGoooooo! -
I'm late to the party but DIDIER FUCKING DROGBA NANANANANANA
-
Was out how did we do? What was the score? Did fabry or costa play? How was Luis? Any answers to these questions will be appreciated... Thanks.
-
3 big selection issues i am not sure how he will go. Cech or Courtois Azpi or Ivan Willian or Schurrle or both. The rest i imagine barring injury should be fairly set in. ? ? Cahill JT Luis Fab Matic ? Oscar Hazard Costa
-
But on a serious level we all just want to see the new boys.
-
RZ Pellets... Sounds like a specialist in air rifle equipment.
-
City reports building.
-
On the one side... Meh, he had the perfect ending. On the other... DIDIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Jose plays him vs Arsenal because he knows how to troll like the best of them.
-
Tbf, it was in the right section.
