Yeah. Tbh unless they go to a direct rival I like to see good players going into the prem. Just strengthens the league further and improves the competition. It's better and more entertaining when you have to work for every point rather than having a load of "freebie games."

I doubt we will win by loads. Be great if we did but look at the previous 9 games this past weekend. Only city won by more than a goal. And that was against the run of play. All the teams are fresh, and crucially are raring to go and wanting to make an impact. A win with a decent performance and a clean sheet would be great. But ultimately let's get 3 points and move on to the next game.

Yeah lol. I have sent it off for an exchange which i am entitled to get. Just annoying not to have it for the start of the season. Still Drogba 11 will be better anyway when i eventually got it. Just my luck it was announced a few hours after i purchased it haha.

Lampard was great and it had sweet FA to do with his number. Yeah he has had it for so long. But i will remember and love the things he did for us in a Chelsea shirt and not for the number on the back. Oscar is wearing an Oscar 8 shirt, not a Lampard 8 one as far as i know. I hope Oscar does as well as i would if he had any other shirt number.

Only the unluckiest of idiots would buy a chelsea shirt 2 hours before Chelsea announce a change of shirt numbers.

Courtois Azpi - Cahill - Terry - Filipe Matic - Cesc Schurrle - Oscar - Hazard Costa This would have to be my team. Just beasty on so many levels. Didier for Costa in the 80th min. Then possibly push Cesc forward if we take Oscar off. Ivan for azpi is the only change i would expect jose to make from that team or Willian possibly.

Just found out i got a FIRST!

I think he will progress well this season. The addition of fabregas I see as a good thing because it means he isn't as relied upon as much and also if fabre plays deeper then the service into hazard and Co should be better and more efficient. Add into that the fact that we potentially have a dangerous striker at the bridge again which will make the runs and (fingers crossed) score more goals should benefit him somewhat. Tbh, I am more interested in seeing how Oscar reacts as I hope to see a little bit more of the talent we know he has come out. Also if Mou is planning on playing fabregas in a 3 in mid or at the CAM then he is in direct completion and it will be interesting to see how Oscar responds to that.

At least he is wearing blue still... Could be worse... :/ The 5 or whatever sub appearances he has for city will not imo change any of the 200 + goals he has scored for us and the sheer amount of trophys he has won with us. It's not ideal in the slighest and it sucks to see. But lets not pretend that Frank doesn't still care about the club. He is 36 and is trying to keep fit and get all the time he can at the top. He went to New York at least partly because he wants to play and then the opportunity arose to play a few more months in the league he loves whilst keeping fit.

I predict we get moaned at several times for winning by "Parking the bus" vs teams who could only dream to be able to effectively play that way. And yet we still score more goals then those teams complaining about our bus parking.
