He is better defensively so i mean defensively. And it depends on your definition. Messi is the better dribbler obviously. It's the same as Hazard as he has the lower centre of gravity enabling him to cut and make turns quicker. He dives to get free kicks like they all do, but in terms of strength he is more physical, which helps with his defensive and ariel ability. I'm arguing on form right now and i would still say ronaldo on form because Messi hasn't performed to the best of his exceptional ability as much recently. And i'm not even sure why i'm even in this debate because i don't really care lol. Both are amazing. Hazard is better than both of them though obv.

He is better shooting from distance, In the air, physically, defensively. But again i said right now. When both are at their best then you can pick whoever. But right now it's not even close and Ronaldo is in better form than Messi is.
-
Well Ronaldo and Messi have a absolute tonne of goals so saying that he will score more than them is kind of implying he will be as good as them. But whatever, i can't see him doing that either. And i don't think you will find many CR7 fanboys on here. I think he is clearly better than Messi right now but couldn't really care less if Messi scores 10 and Madrid lose 14-0.
-
I highly doubt that. Feel free to quote this when he does and i will duly recant the statement. But Neymar will not be as good as Ronaldo or Messi.

Costa on one leg could probably score vs that United defence, so I'm sure it will be fine.

Didier Drogba!

Beautiful.

10 vs 10, should help us. More space for our attackers like hazard to run into.
-
Come on. We all wear blue tinted glasses to some extent, but azpi lunging like that is just asking for a red.

Respect. That's why we love him.

BEAUTIFULLLLL

BOOOOOOOOOOM.

At least we have the most depth at GK of any team in the world.

LET'S GOOOOOO BOYS... SMASH EMMMMMM
-
Team seems solid and as expected. Thought he might go willian after the bad game that Schurrle had in midweek but fair enough. No Didier to come on vs Arsenal though...
-
Gotta start putting away these chances. Their left back is Terri-bad.

I was not saying Gala and City are the same thing just making a point. Lampard still got a standing ovation after scoring against us playing for city. That says all that needs to be said about how high he is still thought of by a lot of fans. But the 2 sides of this are never gonna agree. Clearly i think that people are making a hella of a fuss out of nothing and vice versa. It is what it is.
-
Maybe in your opinion but that is in no case fact. Drogba will always be one of the greats but so will lampard. Ask the Chelsea fans who went to the game if that is how he will be remembered. Do a poll in england right now and i would bet a lot of money on Lampard still being classed as one of the top 2 Chelsea legends of all time. Also where are you getting this "Lampard hates Chelsea thing from"? Thats clearly not the case. People going crazy at lampard will clearly see what they want and everyone else will see things the other way. But whatever went on behind the scenes his connection to the fans still remains. It's not ideal but he will always be my no.1 as i have grown up watching him and seen pretty much every game since he first came here. 1 City loan spell won't change that.
-
The response he got proved that in most Chelsea fans eyes he still is a pure legend.
-
He voluntarily took 2 points from us... How about the terrible defending leading up to it? How about the fact people didn't even want him here anymore because he "wasn't good enough." If lampard is the reason people use if we don't win the league this season then extreme lol's should be had all round. What a cop out. It's easy to blame lampard when it was our own fault for not putting the game away and making defensive errors leading to the goal. 211 or whatever he is has scored for us and however many trophies. He scores 1 against us in a loan deal and people act like he judas or something.
-
He went to play for Gala and played against us... Lampard went to play for new york and has gone there on loan. He was pretty much crying at the end of the city game. The difference being Lampard scored and Drogba didn't? Or the difference being a player that "needs to go because he is hurting the team, not good enough any more bla bla bla" is now gonna play for city for a few months. Remember that team thats arguably got greater depth than we have... ?
