I like our current kit a lot, but i also liked last years. Cant beat a champions league winners kit lol.
-
Yeah, i know didn't read it before posting, just saw the headline and title, then i read it.

Another news headline. http://msn.foxsports.com/foxsoccer/england/story/paper-chase-jul-06-victor-moses-poised-for-chelsea-move-wigan-winger-070612

Also what would be very weird is that if we were to sign him and sturridge were to stay here then, the whole walcott or sturridge debate will be risen. For example, sturridge didn't even get in the england squad wheras walcott did, though i think sturridge is better than walcott, so assuming sturridge doesn't start, do we use him mainly as a RW sub or will he be our Torres sub, as he prefers ST. Though i would like to see Lukaku given a real go this season as i think he is our 2nd choice striker wheras last year he was like our 4th choice.
-
come on just sign him..... Pleeeeeeeease....
-
I am not a huge fan of walcott, though that may be mainly due to the fact that i hate with extreme passion the shirt in which he plays for. Pros.- He is 23 and can get better, also he is probably the fastest player in the premier league. I did see somewhere saying he ran 100 metres in the quickest time though i cant find it and the point is we all know he has pace. If he is cheap then i wouldn't mind buying him that much providing his role is as a squad/rotation player and not as our new starting right wing. One of his strnegths that we could utilize is in that last 20 mins against tiring left backs then walcott running at them can be very useful. For me the fact he is english is a bonus as i do like to see english players in the squad, However as others have stated before the club is much more important and i would rather have a great squad. If he was a random who we didn't know much of from further a field then i would probably see this as an extremely bad move. But im not totally against and warming to the idea. Also the added bonus of Arsenals squad falling apart could also be worth it. So in conclusion, providing he will be purchased with a squad/impact player role then i am fine with it and it will be up to him to prove himself here, however he is no hulk in terms of a permanent right wing position. Edit just saw a newspaper saying we will be trying to swoop in for both him and bacary sagna.

European Transfer news (never heard of them so could be BS) said on twitter: Europe Transfer News @Transfers365 #Chelsea Are Ready To Up Thier Offer For Victor #Moses For £10 Million After #Wigan Rejected A £8 Million Plus Josh #Mcceachran And world transfer news said this (Again relieablity unknown). Roberto Di Matteo wants to close the signing of Wigan's Victor Moses in the next 24 hours: Mirror #CFC -C P.S. i wouldn't be happy to see a Money plus Josh deal.
-
he is still young and whilst i wasn't too bothered about him coming at first, if he does then i can get behind it. He is the star of wigan and could be a very useful squad player who is gonna get better over the next 5 years. Also means we dont have to face him first game of the season, and he is sorta/kinda english. Played for under 16-under 21. Could be a very useful impact player. And if RDM believes that he will be great here then thats fine with me. IN RDM I TRUST.
-
Its because they generally spend most of thier time over united.
-
I don't like RVP at all but i dislike arenal fans more so we should buy him and stick him on the bench holding a big sign, saying arsenal can Fuck Off. Now thats gotta be worth 20 mil.
-
Hmmmm, if we are going this route, has anbody got usain bolts number? I hear he is pretty quick, and probably just about as good as crossing. We could even play him up front and keep smashing the through balls up there. I bet that would scare the living shit out of jamie carragher having to mark him.

There is a Skysports transfer feed, which is often useful, they just said about the speculation on the news though as others have said. http://www1.skysport...ntre/clockwatch The link has nothing specific on hulk btw, but if there was anything it would probably end up on there.
-
We don't particularly need a younger RB, and if we were to get three good years out of maicon it would be worth it. As a sub in the second half there wont be many better. Also we have youth coming through which hopefully can come through in a few years, though i am not exactly holding my breath. Though i could have sworn this was a Hulk thread.
-
hahhaahahahahahah RVP's probably gonna leave, ARSENALS ONE MAN TEAM BECAME A NO MAN TEAM!!!!!!!!! Hope the bastards dont even get europa. Wheyyyy!!!!!!!!!!! Best news of the day.
-
Skysports, are comparing AVB for us vs Redknapp tottenham, lol. AVB also apparently plays a style of football that Spurs will love. I think they will play great football, and play a bit like swansea, and be alongside them in the table.
-
We have plenty of youth now in our team, so the days of us being known as an "old" team should be pretty much behind us. Experience is still essential, and when they are quality players i like it is helpful. Ashley cole for example, isn't young but is amazing in his position and provides valuable experience.
-
I never said a player is bigger than a club, but Lampard is a hell of a lot bigger than one manager who had been there for a few months. Lampard been here for 11 years, we have had like 8 managers. Ans why is it always the player vs the manager. AVB tried to take on the players, yet RDM works with them which works, and is partly the reason he has been successful.
-
You clearly arn't a chelsea fan if thats what you believe. Why will robbie get the sack becuase of lampard? Things didn't wotk under AVB, as you can tell, it wasn't just lampard he had problems with and Di'matteo understands the players and knows how to get the most out of them. Lampard wasn't an instant starter under di'matteo either, yet he didn't complain becuase RDM talked to them all and utilized the whole squad.you are quite full of bullshit.
-
Lampard is a legend and can say whatever the fuck he likes. AVB didn't work out for us here, and hopefully tottenham get absolutely crushed because of it (nothing that personally against AVB). Cant wait to see Hazard, Mata, Torres etc, all over their nice High line Time to spam the through ball button... (fifa reference there)
-
Cashing in on him is the wrong wording comletely, he has paid back everything he has earn't fro, this club 50 times over, and there is no way we should be "cashing in on him". If lampard wants to go, for his own personal reasons then i will be upset with it but that is his decision and wont change the fact he is my facourite player in the world, and if he stays it will be amazing. People seem to often forget that although he may be 34, he hasn't exactly gone bad all of a sudden. He was still our leading goalscorer (Yes he takes penalties), despite reducing his minutes and has a huge role to play for us. Also with drogba gone he is our best right footed dead ball taker, (mata being the obvious left footed option). If he can score 16 goals a season at vital times and make an impact off the bench he can be here til he is 40. Although i would let him play if he was 60, but then i am slightly biased.
-
levy would rather sell to united than us, so i would say our chance of signing him are now slim and none. I would loved to be proven wrong though.
-
if roman dont care about him costing 8 mil than he is worth then i dont really care. Come on the Hulk. Torres Hazard Mata Hulk Lampard Mikel (Or ramires or new signings etc) Cole JT Cahill Ivan (Ditto) Cech CANT WAIT.
-
I dont really care too much who spurs manager is, providing we smash them its all good.
-
Probably in the wrong place as obv isn't a possible transfer target but couldn't find an existing one. A report from the daily mail (not the most reliable source) http://www.dailymail...o=feeds-newsxml says that want the GREATEST MIDFIELDER TO EVER PLAY THE GAME. I say they can fuck off. And i doubt he will go, but whatever happens he will be the biggest legend (IMO) to ever put on the Blue shirt. LAMPARD = LEGEND. p.s. If in the wrong place or one already exists feel free to delete the thread.
