Short run ups in my opinion are terrible.... Literally most of the worst penalties i have seen were from short runs... I am far more confident the pen will go in when its power over placement. Edit: Unless your name is Lampard, then you can do both...

Most missed penalties come from placed pens... Unless the power shot misses the target it is quite rare that the keeper saves them. Also lamps goes with power, but his placement of those shots is second to none. Yes he has missed some, but thats gonna happen when you take as many. Its hard to find someone with as good a penalty record as him, and yes he likes to go to the left more than right, but generally the keeper cant even get to it if he goes the right way.... And finally if it hits the net 9/10 does it matter where it is.... Lampard > Hazard> Luiz would be my lineup though i think the actual order that we will have is this: Lampard > Mata > Hazard

Still rather have PSG than playing most of the other teams... Having great individual players doesn't automatically make you unstoppable. Give it a few games then we will see whether they are a big force t be reckoned with... Hazard should definately be number 2 spot taker, but saying he should be first choice atm is a bit of a stretch. No one i would trust more with a penalty than lampard, and he has the record to prove it.

FA are full of bullshit. Terry found by a proper court that he didn't make a racist remark, so the FA shouldn't be allowed to ban him for it if the court has already proved his innocence. So what are they gonna do ban him for bad language, when it was picked up by one of the hundred cameras, and was slowed down to prove what he said... I think the fact he is just 21 should reduce the pressure as he still has plenty of time to get better and we should all let him go out and play his game. Yes he will make some mistakes but shouldn't be going nuts if he doesn't score immediately. And he will probably be our second choice penalty taker though it depends if lampard is playing obviously as otherwise he could well be our penalty taker for when lampard is not on the pitch, unless mata wants it... Bigger question could be whether he will get any set pieces, or whether it will be mata's left foot or lampard... The fact that Hazard is both footed, and doesn't seem to have a weak foot could make him very useful at set pieces.
