This Madrid have Benzema and Higuain too so there are clubs out there that have shown that its possible to have more than one big-name striker. Would be exciting!

Quite apart from anything else, I wouldn't have thought Torres would react as badly to him as he would to a non-spanish big name striker. Board might be aware of that so just something to think about

It looks increasingly likely that they're looking at Moses instead now. Can't see this happening though stranger things have happened. Namely landing Oscar and Hazard in one transfer window...

Can he cross? I haven't seen enough of him but I'd hope he's capable of going outside of defenders. We need a player who can do that...

I cannot see Oscar being anything other than a regular starter. I know a lot of people say that he's young and inexperienced but at the same time he is absolutely running the show for Brazil, and the first choice Brazil number 10 is not a rotation player for his club. Excited.

True though your point is based on the fact that you think he should be playing very well against lesser opposition. Which is basically (though not exactly) the same principle as Rooney vs Sweden etc Perhaps a more appropriate example would be Mikel hasn't been great in preseason. I still highly rate him

Agreed. I rate Cesc hugeley as a player but switching out of that 4-3-3 and losing Villa were two huge blows for them. No Villa and an out of form Pedro = no width and we showed how that doesn't always work, no matter how many Fabregas', Iniestas or Messis you have...

I like the fact that this guy is a full-on set piece threat. He's good in the air and would give us good options up front for less money that Cavani or Hulk

Think it's for the best. I'm really excited about KDB but can't see him getting much quality playing time here. A season in Germany is a step up from Belgium so he'll be raring to go next year
