Becuase Zouma is still raw. Mourinho rarely plays him in away games and Cahill and Terry has been his most relied CB for majority of the season. Mourinho is not going to let any PR talk affect his title charge. Terry and Cahill is his trusted duo and that is why he is playing.

LOL. Not is not. Come on. That is nonsense.

Costa is starting 100%. He scored last week, won quite a lot of aerial duels and looked lively. But him scoring alone will ensure he retains his starting spot. Reckon he will score today as well.

I have to disagree with this. I like Iseah a lot and don't want to drop him any trouble or so but Lionsden was goaded into that reaction. He had an opinion, as much as people disagreed and he was told to "shut up", I don't necessarily agree with his opinion he had but he is entitled to his opinion and then got told out of turn to 'shut up.' I would be provoked into a reaction if someone said that to me. A lot of people have it against him because he is quite controversial but I like him. He has got a good rep after all. If he just said that out of turn then yeah, I can understand the warning but when he has been provoked into a reaction it is not that fair tbh. Not criticising you or anything as you are doing your job but he was provoked. As I say Iseah, I like you but I do like Lionsden even though his opinions may be contrary to what a lot of other Chelsea fans think.

I don't think he will make it long term as in first team but I still think he will be around for quite a few seasons yet.

http://fat.gfycat.com/PersonalUnderstatedDachshund.mp4 Great goal by Baker yesterday for MK Dons
-
Wasn't aiming at you. I am talking in general for people who doubt him.

The aformentioned names had full seasons while Kane only started getting in the Tottenham team for league games in November. Even more testament to how excellent he has done. The excuses just need to stop, really.
-
Joint prem top scorer right now. Surpassed Aguero in the golden boot race now. People still will doubt him however....

Jelavic injured. Huddlestone suspended. Diame not fit enough too.
-
McEachran is on the bench 3/4 of the time at Vitesse as well. Regressed big time.

People actually thought all that PR build up of him playing against Sporting Lisbon would mean we would see more of him this season. Never believed the hype . The way his debut was built up was like he was the second coming of christ. Arsenal meanwhile brought on a 16 year old in their last matchday and never got anywhere near the same hype. RLC is very talented but under Jose I don't have faith in any of our youth making it here.

I know but I wanted to see it at us in the PL It is not even in hindsight but KDB just offers much more than our no.10 Oscar. How Mourinho let him go totally gets to me especially when you consider how inferior our other attacking midfielders are bar Hazard.
-
But at the same time I want him to continue to show how good he is. Just imagine Hazard and KDB in the same team now. That would be something. I keep forgetting that KDB is a few months younger than Hazard. Just shows the unlimited potential he has.

If Bertrand was given the opportunity to play at us we definitely would be talking about him as one of the best LB in Europe and he would be a bang on contender for starting LB for England. He is quality, defensively and offensively. It is a shame to see one of our own products be sold on without being given a chance. He is everything you want in a LB. As much as I like Mourinho I will never understand some of his decisions. This is one of them. I would not take another LB in the league ahead of Bertrand.

Come on Alex. That is harsh. Majority of us want Mourinho to stay but he does deserve criticism. -We won the League Cup. Nice early season trophy. -We get dumped out the 4th round to Bradford in a comp that regarding how many big sides went out, we could have thrived in that. Major disappointment. -Champions League: We easily go through the group stage however go out in the knockouts to a team who outplayed us both games. Awful tactics and considering we were up against 10 men for the 2nd leg and played that poor and went out is ridiculous. Never been that raged by a Chelsea performance before. Another huge disappointment. -League. We were excellent, early season. However for a while now the performances are getting poor. It is worrying. Yes it looks like we will wrap up the league but we have been lucky in the sense that our main rivals have dropped many points where they should have won. However look at some of our performances recently and tell me if that is not cause for concern. I will be delighted if we win the league but the second half of the season performances have been below-par. Mourinho rarely rotates the team and it shows. Buying Luis for £16m or so and rarely using him is pathetic. He does well most games he pulls on a Chelsea shirt. If we win the PL it will be a success for me because that is what I wanted the most at the beginning but let's be honest, their have been a lot of flaws this season that Mourinho should be accountable for too. The UCL exit was a poor performance from the players but he takes a huge part of the blame and tbh with you it is only because of our early season form that keeps us in first place. That is worrying as it papers over the cracks. Anyway, hope we just win this title and Mourinho does some major business in the summer to make sure we are even stronger for next season.

The thing that is worrying about Oscar is not just his form but you can't really see any signs of improvement. For instance, Di Maria is playing bad right now but do I think he has the ability to turn it around? Yes. He has outstanding balance, good pace, excellent dribbling and good vision and excellent crossing. Oscar does not excel at anything you want from an attacking midfielder and that is why he and us become unstuck. Just look at today for instance. You can never have faith in him going past a player because his game is extremely limited. He has so many flaws and I don't see why Mourinho keeps playing him. A few of his fans came up with the ridiculous idea that we lost ourselves against PSG when he came off for Willian. That was just a ridiculous excuse to make Oscar look good. He did not do anything against PSG, was awful today and has been for a huge part of the season now. Really worried about him. It is such a blessing our early season form in the PL was good because if we were in City's position right now I would be worried about how the likes of Oscar would help us stay in the top 4. In the summer we really can get and deserve a better no.10 than him.
-
Disagree completely. Ref was at fault. Matic should have got sent off but he never did so he helped us there and that was a penalty to Southampton. Matic caught Mane first. Southampton should be more aggrieved at the ref than we are. Not the best performance but a good point when you think about it considering City lost yesterday. Arsenal, I am not worried about.
-
Was awful when he came on but some of you should look at yourselves and hit a brick wall. So fickle, honestly. He is coming on for 10 minutes or so against a team who are happy to go away with a point. When he is coming on that late in the game he is trying to impress and that is not easy. What bugs me is Oscar has been playing poor for god knows how many games but manages to keep his place. But with some fickle fans on here the only thing they know is 'now, now, now'. Sometimes at a club as big as us it is about the adjustment period and I am willing to give Cuadrado that time. But when I read rubbish on here like "dogshit" and people claiming he is a "fraud" it really pisses me off. Hopefully with the way Oscar is performing he is given a chance to show what he can do. He is a very good player but just needs time.
-
Unlike some people in here, I don't think he was awful. He made a few errors but he also showed al ot more than some of the players on the pitch. You saw signs of his excellent passing. Not a great game, not a poor game. But he definitely needs to regain his early season form.
-
How the hell is Oscar still on the pitch. Bring on Cuadrado please. We paid big money for him after all ffs!
-
Oscar has been beyond awful. Looks clueless and fragile when he recieves the ball.
-
Hope we put out a statement today however the lack of rotation once again frustrates me. I thought Zouma would start but can understand Mourinho starting Terry and Cahill but give Luis a start ffs. He has performed when he has played for us. We bought him for £16m and can't give him one game ffs. Why did we buy him in that case? Mourinho bangs on about FFP yet we spent around £16m on a guy who he rarely gives games. Anyway COYB! :blue scalf:
-
3rd striker will be equivalent to him starting about 2 games in the whole season and getting 15 minutes every 3 games or so. No chance he makes the squad next season imo. Mourinho will want to be convinced by seeing him at another PL team first.
-
I like Bamford a lot but do people realistically think he is going to get a shot next season or whenever? I really doubt it. Especially under Mourinho. Lukaku had an excellent season on loan at WBA in the PL and got around 17 league goals and a lot of us was hoping he would be given a shot but he was loaned out again. This time to Everton. Yeah he said a few things that he wanted to play and so much accused Lukaku of not being a 'fighter' as he was unwilling to fight for his place but looking back it now you can understand. Remy, who is a quality striker and established in the PL can't get a game for his life and when Costa has not been performing he rarely sees any minutes so if Lukaku was here you just know what the situation would be. How do people realistically expect Bamford to make an impact here when Costa is still in his prime and looks to be our no.1 striker for a few years and Remy who is a quality striker, struggles to get on in so many matches? There have even been games where he has not made the bench.I just can't see Mourinho having faith in Bamford to play an integral part in our team and the last thing I want for him is to be marginalised here as 3rd choice striker or so and just be watching from the dugouts. I love watching our young talent doing well out on loan but I have given up on the majority of them coming back into our team. One thing I am sure of though is that Bamford, if he is going to play in the PL will be with another team on loan. Would be quite fitting if Middlsebrough can go up.
