Agree with this. I've watched Marin play for Bremen and when he was fit and in form he was great, very Messiesque. He has the talent he just need some confidence and playing time.

I agree with BlueMaster, using this type of stats to bring down MIkel is nonsense. He may have his defects but not every thing wrong with the team is the fault of only one player.

It is my opinion that we don't need a new defender, the defense is great the way it is now. What we need is a deep lying playmaker a la Xavi Alonso or Pirlo and a capable striker. I'm glad that we are linked with the likes of Fernandinho and De Rossi. Even though they're not DLPs per se, they are great CMs and they could form and excellent partnership in midfield. That capable striker I talk about could easily be Lukaku. I believe in the guy and I think he could develop into an amazing force under the guidance of Jose.

The red card changed the game most definitely, but it shouldn't have had to. It was United who, instead of defending for their lifes and go for a counterattaking strategy, let two goals in. They should have fought like warriors defending their goal and use the injustice of the sending off to spur them into action. It's because United is not accustomed to be on the wrong end of bad reffering calls that in the end was their demise.
