Arsenal don't have a problem beating the big teams this season, more just the smaller ones. For us, we haven't beaten any really good teams yet so I'm a tad worried. I hope Didi and Anelka play together (well) and rip 'em apart like they did last year at the bridge. I hope that freak show Gallas gets whats coming to him!

Now that Chelsea have been playing smooth sexy football this season, do you think Didier suits our style as much as Anelka does? A strong and physical forward isn't really necessary anymore, Anelka's pace and reading of the game stretches defenses and creates a lot of space for Lampsy and Deco to come forward. I'm not saying that Didier is completely useless with this style of footie, I'm sure he can deffo get us goals no matter how we play, but do you think he will create and score more than Anelka does atm? But with his record he'll be able to walk straight into the first team anyway, maybe? For me, best case scenario would be that they play together and score loads of goals.

Glad we are back on top of the table and Anelka's top scorer too. The game was funny to watch, everyone was sliding all over the place . I'm glad that the game wasn't called off though, I woke up early to watch it live!

I agree, I wouldn't mind having him. He scores important goals, some coming off the bench. He would not solve our striking problem completely b/c he is always injured but 5 million isn't much. And we could do with someone who can score when we are losing besides JT.

Of course we all want the young kids to get match experiance, but not against Liverpool when we are trailing. Bringing them on today just shows that injuries are really hurting us, b/c we really didnt have to rely on subs to change a game that often, and even then we had Kalou and others. They should come on when we have basically have the points in the bag, like at Boro then they can work their way up into bigger games. ATM we dont have anyone on the bench who can change a game and thats pretty sucky. Cant wait til Didier and Joey are back.

Xabi Alonso saying they can beat us and ruin our home record on Sunday....THEY WISH! Sure they can score against the likes of Wigan at the 96th minute but they wont break down our defense that easily. Speaking of which, glad to see Riccy and Petr back and Deco too, we're becoming healthy again! Oh, and did you see how Agger gifted Amr Zaki his first goal? A couple of passes like that would be awesome. :)They really do concede a lot, that bunch. Question: What does throw their toys out the pram mean? I hear it all the time!

I'm very excited about the result. Bordeaux didn't to anything at all, it was a cake walk. I'm really happy to say that Malouda played well, hopefully that goal will bring up his confidence and he'll play brilliantly at the weekend, same with Anelka. Nice to see Ballack again too Cant wait to play Manure now!

I had 4 hours of sleep just so I could watch this match and it so wasn't worth it, what a boring game. We didn't play very well, thank goodness for Cech though! I'm kinda disappointed, but Wigan is a tough place to go and all that matters is that we got the three points.

Goodbye to Sheva. I'm sad to see him go but I know he'll be able to more for Milan than he did for Chelsea. He'll do well there, but good luck Sheva. I'll be sure to catch a couple of his games from now on.

He looks arrogant, let's just hope he is a good player. It seems like he wont be a Ronaldo or Nani, like others have said but I'm crossing my fingers.

I really want Sheva to prove everyone wrong but with injuries and stuff, he cant ever get going. But I really want him to salvage what is left of his career. He tried his best but I want him to do well, and if that means leaving than so be it. :(
