Oh, Dave.. So good to have you around for two more years.. When you joined, I was 19, just finished high school, Chelsea just won CL for the first time, everything was perfect. You are the last player who played alongside Lampard, Terty, Cech, Drogba, Hazard, Ivanovic.. many great memories, lot more to come. Perhaps we could replace you with better player for reasonable price, but when I see you on the pitch I will always recall all the good memories..

Last season he bagged 6 goals and 10 assists, he was a serious weapon running up and down the right flank. I believe he can solve RCB but we will not use his great abilities. Like having a Ferrari and only using it going out grocery shopping to Tesco.

Midfield same.. Gavi, Pedri, De Jong, Busquets, what is the plan with Kessie? Seems completely out of profile in Xavi's team. They have many CB-s, they are pushing for Kounde while they don't have proper wingbacks(only Jordi Alba and Dest in the squad) and Azpilicueta is the only name who is strongly rumoured. I have no idea how this team could line up, what kind of football they are wishing to play and how they can keep balance in the squad, especially with many attackers.

Will play with Sarr-Colwill-Ampadu-Azpilicueta back 4 in cup games. Will be exciting!

I am not, but I feel he is still the raw talent he was 3-4 years ago, not really improving. Asensio is similar, looked very promising when he first appeared in RM but at the age of 26 he is on same level.

I have the same feeling with De Jong and De Ligt. Good players but they are a bit overhyped after their breakthrough Ajax season. Both of them are doing well in their new teams but I don’t see them generational talents. I would accept both of them at Chelsea but there are plenty of options. Especially De Ligt.. We can buy same quality players for lower price easily.
