Mikel and Matic in the pivot What a creative duo! Fábregas behind the striker will be interesting though. I am also happy to finally see Filipe and Azpi as fullbacks.
I said the same thing about Sinclair and Kakuta. And Di Santo.. and Sahar.. and Jimmy Smith.. and Borini. I would be so happy if any of today's youngsters(Baker, Boga, RLC, Aké, Christensen, Izzy, Musonda) would make it here.. Just one guy pls.
José seemed to forget about RLC.. Swift, Solanke and Baker have already made their debuts in the first team, Izzy was on the bench once but Ruben didn't even feature in a pre-season game. I don't think he will only play a few minutes.. Mourinho talked about him for long minutes and RLC spoke in the PC himself. Willian and Hazard are out, I think Oscar will get a rest too, so maybe he could start between Salah and Schürrle or in the pivot.
We all knew he would leave Chelsea months before summer. He wanted to play but Mourinho didn't really trust him. I liked him a lot, he scored some very memorable goals. It's good to read he's having a good time at Besiktas, he is a very nice and humble guy.
You are right but Everton can be very dangerous when have a good day. I know City are unlikely to drop points this weekend but who knows? Agüero is a human like us, he can have bad days.
It's a little pathetic though.. We payed 11 million pounds for him and we are surprised when he is sitting on the bench.. I know the Swiss league is much weaker and Salah is still very young but he's been around for a year now and his situation is not getting any better.
I think beating Spurs and Hull in Stamford Bridge will mean no problem. The games against Sporting and Derby are unimportant, unused players and youngtsters are likely to feature. The Castle game will be tough though.
