(though some say he's not tactically rigid and he has no problem working with what he has) Is this what RA looking for? (It took the club 6 years to finally built a team free of his tactical influence) Wouldn't he want new expensive signings? We need an identity before anything else. We need to decide what sort of football we're looking for. Given the type of players the club purchased last summer, I think Roman sent out a clear message about what he wants. I'm not sure if all of the fans, senior players and the board understand him.
