Puyol is his assistant and he stepped down.

Different players. Varane is a ball player not a stopper.
-
Ya like the Champions League where he was equally brilliant. He deserves a proper Prem start.

Messi to Chelsea... Hmmm? Lets examine some things first. CONS - If I'm not mistaken Barca cannot be involved in any transfers until January 2016. - Messi will be almost 29 in january of 2016 and 29 in the corresponding summer. £200m for a 29 yr old striker(even Messi) doesn't seem likely... - How do we sanction such a move without being obliterated by FFP? Messi makes 20m a year in wages. - Shevchenko. Can Messi adjust to the rigours of the EPL at the age of 29? - How many top years does he have left? PROS - He is an offensive dynamo that if teamed with Hazard and Fab would propel us to world beater status. - Will officially make CFC the brand, one of the top four in the world. - Every game will be televised for sure. - Messi in the 10, Hazard on the wing, Fab at CM, Costa up top... - He will certainly make it easier to attract talent. - He will sell zillions of shirts for our sponsor and thus boost our next deal through the roof. No one in their right mind can say no to Messi but if the rumoured fee of £200m is even remotely close to the truth, not only will we not be able to afford it, but the risk/reward factor would lean more towards risk. I want him on the squad but not for stupid money, if the situation is truly untenable then surely something in the neighbourhood of 100m can get it done? Right?

Really like this guy, feel if he gets a run of games he will prove invaluable. always says the right things in interviews and despite not playing loads seems to be amongst the goals and content with his time at Chelsea! Understands its a tough lineup to crack. 'It's Remy, it's Remy, it's Remy, it's Remy, scoring goals for Chelsea it's Remy' To the Beatles Let It Be.

Cunt.

I hate to admit it but Frank Lampard is definitely falling down the list of chelsea heroes RAPIDLY. I campaigned that it wasn't a big deal and that he'll fuck off to NY city and no one will remember that he played for Man City, but now that he's signed on for the year he's proven to be a first class cunt. Him and his horse faced fiancee can fuck right off now.

This is getting slightly annoying...
-
Salah instead of Remy seemed odd.

Sad but this isn't an exaggeration. When ever Matic doesn't protect Cahill well he gets exposed. And what exactly did he have to do against Southampton? you can't call it a good game when there's little work to be done.
-
His stubborness got the best of him today... Matic is completely knackered and needed a rest, Cahill has been poor for about a month, maybe more and needs to sit a few matches, Ivanovic didn't have the legs to cope with the Spurs pace.
-
People are calling for Zouma because Cahill has been utter shit for about a month now...
-
So after them where are they ranked?
-
Chicken or the egg? Thought they were poor but twice now Kane has made Cahill look like a school boy...
-
You're crazy. When compared to the world where does that trio rank?
-
What Ramires have you been watching the past 4-5 years?? The man has next to no balance whatsoever.
-
Agree with most of what is being said here. We're getting beat for speed through the middle of the pitch with Fab and Matic today, I would have rather seen Ramires play a box to box next to Cesc and Matic like he did in the second half. In away games we need to be more solid in the middle and we just weren't today...Matic looked tired too, had to do his job and Cesc's. Luis not making the bench was a non-issue for me. It was just his turn, its not like his inclusion would've greatly effected what we were doing going forward. To me, even though they weren't called upon, Remy and Drogba offer us different options off the bench; I'm sure you know where I'm coming from so I won't go into detail... We were fine attacking today the reasons we didn't get the result all stem from defense and on all accounts that was our strongest defensive lineup(Cahill coming into question now) We will bounce back, a loss like this will give others an opportunity I'm sure.
-
To be expected but this was definitely the game for him to feature from the start in. Thought we didn't have any legs in the midfield and ultimately that's where we lost the game. As soon as Ramires came on we had more of a foothold in the match. 4-3-3 in away games is the way to go, we won't have to worry about that though since we don't have any real tricky aways left.
-
That's not unlucky, that's shitty... Cahill has been nothing short of terrible for about a month. Its high time he sit on the bench for a match or two and reflect.... Harry Kane just raped him over and over again.
-
John Terry can't be our best defender at the age of 34. Cahill just isn't good enough... I've said it before and I will continue to say so until we have a suitable replacement.
-
MARE... Absolute Mare. He's gonna have nightmares and daymares about Harry Kane for months now. Sit him down, play Zouma.
-
I actually thought attacking wise we were brilliant. It was our shoddy defense that let us down here.
-
They have a load of tough away fixtures to play, we still hold a decent advantage.

Board is in meltdown mode
