Im not sure but isnt that when player has just half year on contract and over 23 years old? And he can negotiate with new club without permission of the current club. Same as Lewa and Bayern. He signed contract half year before his current one expires. Still, I think he wont move before summer. If he will move anyway...would be awesome to see announcement on cfc page on 1st february that we signed him though Rooney, Matic, Zouma, good LB and Lukaku back for next season and we are ready for quite some time.

He likes Chelsea, no doubt. He is same player he always was, but lacks play time and rhytm. But he has hell of a bad luck, he will I think never be a starter again here, unless he somehow evolves into what Mou wants from him. Maybe he needs more time to adopt, but I doubt it. He is what he is, and he doesnt fit Mou's system. Its love story with bad ending, Im afraid...
-
If there wasnt such love from Mou to Rooney (and possibly vice-versa), I wouldnt believe any rumour, but in this case, something might actualy happen. I would love him now, but there is little chance he would come in summer, not to say in January. He is best ManU player atm and they probably wouldnt sell him even for 50m, cuz if they do, they are soo fucked and wont see europe next season for sure. I cant count how many players rejected move publicly in last two seasons, its laughable (Cesc, Modric, Koke, De Rossi, Herrera, Reus,...)

Another superb option for bench (in case we sell Mata, Kdb, Moses,...) would be Antonio Candreva. This guy is soo fucking underrated its ridiculous...he makes amazing crosses and works hard wherever he plays. Very versatile and definately Lazio's best player of past two seasons. He is the type of player who isnt realy world class (and doesnt have that hype), but when he plays, he delivers what its expected from such player. I think he suits our play realy good and Im sure Mou would like a player like him. Tactical very sound and works hard. I doubt he would be starter here (but Im sure Mou would like him a lot), he would be incredible bench player who is actualy good enough to be starter. Main problem is if he would want to be squad player while he is main star in Lazio and italians in general dont like to move from Italy, but we realy lack team player; someone who's main work is to deliver crosses to striker on regular basis. Anyway I doubt this will ever happen, but Candreva would be perfect squad player you can imagine. Prority is CM/DM, striker and LB/CB, but if Mata indeed leaves, we will need a new attacking midfielder to replace Mata and Candreva is everything Mou could want from midfielder. He could start games, he could come of the bench, link up with players, defend, cross,...most importantly, he is tacticaly sound and would work great on counter attacks or when we park the bus if thats required.

Even if we are still interested and offer 30m, he wont go in january...
-
He said Psg is last club he will play for in europe...cant believe him, but I doubt he will ever come here, just too many reasons that he wont. And at age 32...
-
He changed a lot since City days, but he still has fall-outs that lead to hurting his team (red cards, frustration when not getting the service from midfielders,...). But question is IF Mario changes his behaviour, will that effect his play aswell? I think he could be nicer boy, but also worse forward at same time. His attitude is leading him to scoring and playing that well. Not just talent. Suarez on other hand, same problems like Mario, maybe even worse on the pitch. But he is amazing striker and Balo is just 23 yrs old. Could work well or fail big time, but good thing is that he is relatively cheap and even if things go bad way, his price will stay same. Russian clubs will offer that money or Psg/Monaco, you never know when will Mario realy explode...he has world at his feet and I dont think he needs to change behaviour (take look at Suarez or Ibra), but he needs experience to learn a couple of things and thats it. Too bad if Mario will never fulfill his potential though...would be amazing striker...
-
Same as Zouma...but neither of them was ready to be starter in first season.
-
Varane was quite average in first season, but exploded in second...
-
He would be good long term CB, but it will take at least a year or two before he will be starter here. Looks very promising just like Varane.
-
Is it true that his contract expires in 2015? Just 1,5 year left then. Its time to start negotiations about contract extention...
-
Traore from Anzhi to Monaco official now, signed 4,5 year contract. Could this mean Falcao will leave? Or why would Monaco sign another striker in january when they already have Falcao and Riviere both in form?
-
Fernando from Porto has contract until summer 2014... Why the hell dont we sign him now? He will be free in summer, if we offer under 10m, Porto will have to accept or he will leave on free...and Fernando is top DM, why not.
-
If Costa is available, there is no excuse if we dont try to buy it. He has clause of 35mio and is worth much more. All other strikers in his range would cost double that. Doesnt matter if we have 3 "khm brilliant" strikers and young Lukaku (who in my opinion is good striker, but not the main man for us next year), if there is someone like Costa available, you sign him. Look at ManU and Rvp. They had Rooney, but Rvp was available and he won them the league later. I will be extremely pissed if Arsenal gets Costa and that is quite possible considering their title chances and seem to finaly started spending money; Ozil for example.
-
In year 2012, Falcao scored 29 league goals. In 2013, he scored only 20 goals and he played in 'easier' french league for second half of the year. Costa scored 27 league goals in 2013 for comparison. It only shows that he basicaly lost main atribute; scoring goals. He still scores, but less than a year before. If anything we should get him in 2012, when he was a real beast. On another note, I would probably still sign him now, but certainly not for more than 40m. But there are soo many comparisons to Torres. Fact 1: Both would be signed in january Fact 2: Both would cost over 50m£ Fact 3: Both have scored 9 league goals for their previous team, before joining us. Fact 4: Both came here in decent form, but certainly far from their best. Fact 5: Both played for Atletico in their career Fact 6: Both had long hair Fact 7: Both will be close to age 27 when joining us.

So what I read here is that Mata is a MLS level player, while Bradley is world class CM. Unbelievable...
-
I think clause starts in summer...but Manu want him now. And not 50m£ but 50m.
-
ManU is serious on getting 50m Reus. Damn I realy like this player and would love to see him here if Mata leaves...
-
A CM/striker or even both should definately come even if no one leaves IMO. If we get Matic or Costa it could decide title or bust. But Im seriously doubting that Mou is planning to get title this season. Its more like if we get it fine, if not fine aswell, as long we finish in top 3.
-
Class player, he is proving that with regular play time even "small money" players can be fantastic. We should definately give such players more chances.
-
He is quite strong and good finisher. Would love him on right wing eventualy. And sure we should give him a run vs derby. This guy has something special and could work out. I mean, he could get straight in team like Januzaj at ManU. Give him couple of games and then loan him if necessary...
-
One thing, he should take bomb shots more. He has incredible power in his leg as he shown last season in couple of goals, but he always tries curved shots this year. Certainly he should try to shoot with sheer power and he could easily score couple of screamers. He aint Bale/Ronaldo but he still has amazing power and strenght in his legs.
-
Or if looking for cheap destructor, why not Gueye from Lille? Lille had top defence this year, while Gueye is among 3 DMs who made most sucessful tackles this year. Im sure he can develop into very fine DM, he has plenty of energy and looks better than Mavuba. Another one, but more exoensive is Fernando from Porto who was great in CL this season.

Your point is completely right, but facts show otherway. Hazard will never go for 100m, even if he is/will be better player than Bale. And Hazard is quite marketable. The difference is in the board and clubs. Spurs advertised Bale like he is god, and everyone believed it. Mata is being on bench and no one at club is upping his price, like saying he is still world class, worth 50m etc...if Mourinho or Buck would be advertising that Mata is still world class and such stuff, every club would believe and buy him. A great mind trick that works. Bale is a 60mio player at max, Mangala is 20m defender etc but their clubs talk about them with such praise that they suddenly become worth double in the eyes of buying clubs. Another thing is that we are no selling club, we dont know how to make most of the players sales. As long player is useful, we wont sale him under no condition. But as long he is not in favour (despite still being great player or prospect), we sell him for peanuts. Take a look at Sturridge. He was 23? when we sold him, he was english biggest talent among strikers and we sold him to rival. Price should be like 25m+, but we sold him for 12mio. Ridiculous, if you ask me. Mata is class player and 10times better than Pastore, but he wont go for more than Pastore went. He is worth at least 40m, but our board and manager think he isnt and that is the problem.

City is interested in Matic and Zouma. Javi Garcia is on way to Napoli... Fuck City, I wish we sign Matic and Zouma, they are great players.
