Get the fuck out with hating Mata. He is a great person and gave us more than we expected in last two years. He respected the club all the time, obe of most humble players I saw and always acted like professional. He loves Chelsea but he loves football more. Mourinho, even for the good of team, fucked him up and ended his career here. No wonder Mata, a world class player wants to leave. Mou didnt show bit of respect to him and WE allowed him to join United. And it seems like Mou wants to make Mata look like he forced transfer to United... Good luck Juan! There are good points of buying Salah like having 80mio new fans and all, but in terms of team building, I just dont see the point. If he is going to play 45min a month, that is a lot of money. Especialy when we have Hazard, Moses, Bertrand who could all be 5th option. In fact, Mou doesnt need them now and probably wont need them in thr future. I doubt Mou will give chance to any of youth players we have...I seriously doubt. If he goes to BUY a 5th choice player instead of giving a chance to youth players, and on top, Salah is nothing realy special. He is good for 5th spot, but that is all. He looks like Moses mk2 or sth, rather than a proper replacement for Mata; even for the bench. And lastly, why arent we putting some money into Lb and St if Mou wants to rebuild this team so quickly?

Even Iniesta can link up with Cesc, but it will never be like with Xavi. Sure they will link up eventualy, scoring goals and making beautiful actions. But I remember how fast Eden and Juan linked up right from first games played together for Chelsea. Imagine that after couple of years...

Completely uncomparable...those two played top regular football and forced way out to their rivals. Mata wasnt given a chance under Mou and thats why he wants to leave; to club where he will play. Mata was true example as a person, I think he realy liked Chelsea, but he likes football more. Cant ever blame him.Sure Mata could refuse moving to ManU, as respect for us, but Jose and Chelsea could also show more respect for a player who pulled Chelsea cart for past two seasons almost alone to be fair.

The feeling that Mata left because of Oscar will stay in people's heads for quite some time...especialy if Oscar doesnt deliver and Mata shines for United. --- As for Oscar goes, yes he is young and all, but for someone who will be our main #10 and forced Mata out of team because of better performances, I expect him to be consistent and visible against top sides aswell.

I never saw him in our plans after his move to Monaco, but it still feels terrible to hear about his injury. He is class player and would like to see him play at WC for Colombia. I hope he gets well soon!

It would calm me down if we signed Barkley now that Mata is nearly United player but for several reasons, it wont happen. Barkley needs regular play time. He wont get that here. Everton doesnt need to sell him. Even if they agree, price will be over 20mio. And we need to strenghten other areas first (Lb, st, cb). In general, 20mio for our 4/5th choice player is way too much and Barkley would never agree to be 4/5th choice player. Ever. But it would be nice to sign english player with such potential after all this shit with Mata to United...

Fuck, at least we should try to sign Candreva now. Why is no one interested in him?!? He is amazing player and perfect for bench (would say he could be a starter, but Hazard, Oscar and Willian are just too good atm) As for Salah, jesus we are not looking for player to replace Mata class, but his current place; bench. Salah would do it, but I would rather see we dont buy him at all. Let give some space for youngsters or sign actualy a proper player ala previously mentioned Candreva or maybe even Barkley. Someone who can improve this team, Salah would be just unnecessary buy. Like Benayoun was.
