The feeling that Mata left because of Oscar will stay in people's heads for quite some time...especialy if Oscar doesnt deliver and Mata shines for United. --- As for Oscar goes, yes he is young and all, but for someone who will be our main #10 and forced Mata out of team because of better performances, I expect him to be consistent and visible against top sides aswell.

I never saw him in our plans after his move to Monaco, but it still feels terrible to hear about his injury. He is class player and would like to see him play at WC for Colombia. I hope he gets well soon!

It would calm me down if we signed Barkley now that Mata is nearly United player but for several reasons, it wont happen. Barkley needs regular play time. He wont get that here. Everton doesnt need to sell him. Even if they agree, price will be over 20mio. And we need to strenghten other areas first (Lb, st, cb). In general, 20mio for our 4/5th choice player is way too much and Barkley would never agree to be 4/5th choice player. Ever. But it would be nice to sign english player with such potential after all this shit with Mata to United...

He is amazing player and perfect for bench (would say he could be a starter, but Hazard, Oscar and Willian are just too good atm) As for Salah, jesus we are not looking for player to replace Mata class, but his current place; bench. Salah would do it, but I would rather see we dont buy him at all. Let give some space for youngsters or sign actualy a proper player ala previously mentioned Candreva or maybe even Barkley. Someone who can improve this team, Salah would be just unnecessary buy. Like Benayoun was.

One should ask how stupid can you be to turn a player who was 1st/2nd best playemaker in the world, one of best Pl players of past two years and club best player in 2 years into bench warmer in just couple months. Fuck it if he doesnt fit perfectly to Mourinho style. He is #10 and if he was given the chance, he would take it. Mata should be given 5 games in row in his position and then we would see if he is good or not. Back in september when things werent that fucked up. But Jose is stuborn and thinks only of team instant success. Good example is Rooney who was nearly out last year from united, but proved to be team best player. Mata would probably do the same if he actualy got regular playtime as #10.

Describing Oscar? Well he is much more than typical #10, but also much less too. He will never reach the level of Mata when comes to individual performance. He fits the system better and obviously is class, but Mata is a #10 that Oscar simply will never be. The main question is if we will do better with typical #10 or an all round CAM.

If he leaves, its fine, he is world class player and deserves play time. If he goes to ManU, I wont blame him, they are big club and he is the player who is worth to play for big club. But if the board agrees to sell him to United, they are crazy. 40mio is a lot, but why the fuck should we help ManU go from their crisis by selling them great player in time when no big player wants to join them (Reus, Cavani, Cesc,...)??? From personal view, it would be sickening to see Mata shine in United, he deserves it, but please not United...

Great to win, got 3 points against Manu, but could well beat them even more. Goal we conceded was unnecessary and on the other half, we should try to completely destroy them. More Im dissapointed about our individual performance; no one wanted to play 1-2s with Hazard, no one looked at him on the pitch, he was quite invisible through the game, despite he showed couple of nice runs and fooled United defence. Dont see point, why didnt we pass more to him. Second player, I was utterly dissapointed is Luiz. He put his fighting spirit in, which I admire, but as CM, he was simply terrible. Hoofing long balls to no one and rackless chalenges describe his game. His passing was just shit. But kudos for his spirit though. Ivanovic was another player that offers nothing in attack. Azpi was good, but his delivery to Hazard was terrible, he is RB and should play RB. His defending is good on both sides, but his attacking is much better on the right.
