I would love to pass 90points barrier, but hell give youth playtime. Seriously when will we play them if not in such games? Terry should obviously feature in some way, while RLC, Ake, Chalobah MUST get at least one start. Bats should feature too. We play two home games, against relatively easy opponents and with title wraped no pressure, there is no better time to give them some play time. Pls Conte, do dis.

Please the board must give him the players he wants. Im sure we can take another few steps forward to perfection if Conte builds his squad. PL, nevermind CL will be alot harder next year and we need to continue improving. There is a serious healthy competition between Manchesters, Chelsea and Spurs. It will benefit the english football and hopefuly we see more success in europe and bring english football back on throne. We have the perfect manager for the role, we just need wise buys. Contes Juve had some of best transfers of all clubs in recent years, hopefuly that will now be the case for Chelsea too.

2010 was the most enjoyable and all in all best. Then come back to back titles because those years english football was on very high level and we managed to win it twice. Then comes this season because we made it despite poor last year and against all odds since everyone expected manchesters to win it. Then 2015. PL is not as strong as it was 5 or 10 years ago. But I celebrated them all equaly. Title is title.

If you looked closely, you could see the batman signal in the sky just before Bats came on. Batman never dissapoints.

Thats football for you. Love it how things turn around, much like in life.

Yes yes yes champions champions Batshuayi well deserved...seems all the shit he went through was now rewarded.

Lost the last three games at home and 6 games without a win. I have good feeling we will win there. We are on fire atm and we have whole team available.
-
Not sure about Moses, but Alonso will certainly remain our first choice next season unless we pull some ridiculous signing like Sandro, Alba or Alaba. He has been that important for us.
-
I never realy liked his play even in his first season when we won title and he banged those assists left and right, to me his overal play was just poor. Couldnt shileld the ball, did nothing in defence, always got dribbled past, jogged around instead of chase opponents,...the epitome were poor displays in CL. Then came last season and he was even worse much like rest of team. But this season I must say, its first time I realy realy appreciate his contribution to team, despite not having as vital role. He plays more mature and has quicker responses, loses the ball less, but there were games when he was same old Cesc from 2014/15. Maybe he is still same old Cesc, with exception that he simply plays only against opponents that suit him and he can cover his weaknesses, but IMO he became better player under Conte. In current role, he is crucial alternative for our team and must not be sold.

Realisticaly, I would go with Morata, Nainggolan, Rudiger, Nelsinho and Bertrand. I would pick different CB because he is not my personal choice, but we were heavily linked with him and is probably on top of Conte's list. Tibo Azpi-Luiz-Cahill Nelsinho-Kante-Radja-Alonso Pedro-Morata-Eden Its not the ideal 11, but I can see something like this come next season.

Tbh I dont see Conte as man who would leave us for Real. Unless obviously things went south between our board, players and him. But as long he is doing good job and gets the support, I can see him for a while. Certainly until he completes his mission here, I dont see him leaving as soon as Real calls.

One thing Im glad we dont have Mou anymore is because he always sets defensive these days. Not just against best teams, but against anyone. WBA we lead at home 1:0, he decides to park the bus till end. Next game, same. With Conte, at least we push for killer goal to end the game. We keep playing our game. Sure we are still quite defensive against best teams, but it has to be said, we dont have a complete team and those tactics are completely appropriate. But not against small teams like Mou is doing.

Even if he stays, and I have nothing against it, we will certainly sign another striker, possibly Morata and sell Bats.

You realy cant point out that he scores against easy teams lol. He performed brilliantly in almost every juve game in CL, scoring against Real, Barca, Bayern, City,... Drogba wasnt 30 goals a season striker either. Hardly was he even a clinical finisher in true meaning. But he had physical and technical skill. And he was intelligent. Always performed against top teams. His finish was never as good lets say Lewandowski or Suarez, but his allround skill still got him to high amount of goals almost every season. Which is same for Morata. He is hard worker, quick, skilled with great attitude. If we compare between Morata and Lewandowski, obviously everyone picks Lewa. But when we compare with Lukaku, Morata is better choice. If Lukaku guaranteed goals against any opponent ok, but he doesnt. He is poor against better opponents. And what else he offers beside goals? If Costa was better on ball, our attack would be twice as deadly. Lukaku is same like Costa with less anger issues but poor mentality against top teams. Morata at least offers great linkup which would be very useful for Eden and Pedro/Sanchez. If he adds even more goals, he will be perfect for our system. Im sure Conte prefers Morata. I have no doubt. But the board might go for Lukaku. I will always rate players based on their attitude before talent. And Morata is miles ahead of Lukaku there.

When comes to goals, both Van Persie and Drogba peaked late. Persie scored over 15 PL in his last two seasons for arsenal. Morata IMO is absolutely brilliant player. Dont look at stats, look his games. Whenever I saw Juve play, he was amazing. His ball skill ability is bar to no other striker aside from established Aguero, Suarez etc... Its true he doesnt score high amount of goals (tho this season he has like 27 and considering he didnt play that much, its impressive. I have no doubt he can improve finishing even further. And Conte appears to love him too. What is most important is his character. He is always working hard, he always looks to impress, he is very intelligent player. Lukaku is the exact opposite. Stands in the attack, thinks he is already best in world and complains all the time. Its true Morata is better along another striker and he IMO isnt worth 60m, but I still think he can become world class striker. If Conte gives him chance, he will take it. Bottom line he suits our profile perfectly. He can score with feet or head. He has good link up, he is young and has quite big potential. No, he isnt close to his peak. His ball ability is too good for a striker and he will improve other aspects. Belotti isnt bad option either, but one season without any taste of european football doesnt convince me yet. Tbh of the options available, I would go for Morata (and heck buy Isco too )
-
If we get very capable wingbacks like Nelsinho and Alba, we can compensate with more defensive midfielder.
-
Why why didnt atletico kept going at real to get 3rd goal? It was clear Real players were not in game and would concede another sooner or later. Sure who knows how tired atletico players would be then, but still in miles better situation than now. 3 goals in second half not impossible but I doubt it.

Tbh whole Monaco squad was poor. So many wrong passes and lost possesions, Juve did great job at pressing them. Watch Monaco in ligue 1 and u will see Bakayoko and rest are much better. In a way it was expected considering their age and inexperience, they will struggle against juve. But I agree Bakayoko had many fart moments in those two games, losing the ball in crucial areas which he needs to improve. Then again sometimes he looks very dominant in retaking the ball and driving it through midfield. If he can be more of that later, he will be cracking player.

How reliable is he?
-
To me from what I seen, Lukaku is alot more Negredo than Morata is. Scores shitload of goals, but doesnt have what it takes to make step forward. Lukaku got 3 years of regular football and tbh he only added even more goals to his game. Yeah he is striker, its what he must do, but his overall and mentality hasnt changed much. Morata is very good player in general. Maybe doesnt score that much, but his play is realy good for striker. He is still relatively young and with regular playtime he can improve his finishing. I start to believe Lukaku could be hit here only to then see a match against better opponent like Pool or Chelsea and see he is still very very poor. And it has nothing to do with squad. Dybala was playing for Palermo and he played well. We cant have another striker that is average on ball and needs all the service. In that case I rather stick with Diego who is at least consistent regardless of opponent. I dont think Morata is perfect striker either. Lukaku is better finisher and more consistent, Morata is better technician and more intelligent. We would need someone who is a mix of both. If we buy Morata there might be a problem of goals, but his link up and hard work wont be a problem. Meanwhile with Lukaku, he offers goals and goals only. And even then not against top oposition. Hopefuly Conte makes right decision.
-
Yeah but I doubt it. We need GK for Bego replacement, possibly Costa replacement, two wingbacks, midfielder and surely Conte will go for another CB. Thats 6 players already we actualy need and we most probably wont get them all. Nevermind getting another expensive marquee signing to play that RW spot. Unless Conte and Abramovic lose it and go all in.
-
But Morata has performed against every top team he played against. While Lukaku is invisible against every better opponent. Lukaku is tailor made to destroy bottom half teams of PL, but top teams and CL is where Morata proved to be more useful. The problem with these strikers we are linked with is everyone has one major weakness. I would gladly pay 80m for striker if I knew he is the real deal. Or small fee if there is quite a risk. But everyone we are linked from Lukaku, Belotti to Morata would cost above 60m and neither is the real deal. And I bet my ass our next season, striker will prove the difference. Average striker and we are done, good striker and we can win anything. I think its quite obvious we NEED top striker.
-
True but we need another player similar to Eden. Or at least with such potential. Because when opponents shut down Eden, we are half less dangerous. We have many players that can make things, but the gap between Eden and rest is too big. It would also elevate Eden to another level if he had team mate as good as him, not to mention improve chances for Eden to stay here longterm.
-
Another option would be to get a defensive CM next to Kante and also buy Isco and play him in Pedros position. That way we have two excelent players behind our striker, we wont struggle if they mark Eden, because Isco is also very good. And considering Isco is playmaker, we dont can have two defensive mids and if needed simply change from 3:4:3 to 3:5:2 with Isco moving from RW to RM. Isco has contract till 2018 and we can surely persue him to join us, but the Real will want Eden in deal and we must not sell him under any circumatance.
