There's only one, 'The Special One'...
-
He's really taking the piss with the all the missed chances lately. So much of him wanting to play upfront as the lone striker. Had he scored those 2 glorious chances last weekend, AVB might still be around. Adding to that, he has only scored 1 goal in the last 15 games. Last league goal of course came at Spurs!
-
Thought he worked hard against Birmingham but he is really taking piss when he's infront of goal!
-
Look on the bright side, it saves us 85 million...
-
Getting Champions League for next season would definitely be the decisive factor in getting him. IF we can get a big name manager, then the move might still be possible without CL football. Otherwise, we can forget about him.

Two words. DREAM ON!
-
Need to build on the good win and decent performance from the Birmingham game.
-
That should have been hanged directly in front of the away dugout that night! Either way, it's brilliant.

First AVB, and now RDM. http://hasrobertodimatteobeensackedyet.com/

Kalou. Postage stamp everytime. Will stick with Mata. He just needs to practice more of it from Lampard. And on hindsight, thank goodness Lampard took the penalty against Man City. Mata's style of penalty taking seem more about technique and placement rather pace and power like Lampard does most of the time.

1. Bye bye 4th place. 2. Hello Europa League. 3. We have turned from a dominant physical team into a bunch of softies who back out of tackles and challenges. 4. Fair play to West Brom for exploiting out pathetic inability to get into challenges and winning the 2nd ball, which has been a major problem for us all season.

Obviously his words were twisted by the media...
-
Can we have a peaceful week where the players, AVB and even the club keep quiet and stop talking anything to the media on our situation?! It's already well known to everybody of our problem and we don't have to go and feed the media even more stories to create more negative vibes around us!!

Why are they running the news again when it has already appeared in the paper back in December? http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/dec/10/roberto-mancini-manchester-city-daniel-sturridge Apparently, he's only got a toe injury and not a broken foot or ankle. Shouldn't be too serious and out for long.
-
Funny thing is our defenders are not scoring the typical defender goal like a header from a set piece, they are scoring the kind of striker goals...
-
Think we have won all of our PL games against West Brom. So, long it may continue! Otherwise, hoping for the same starting XI as last weekend, a slightly better performance and more importantly, same result with that big shiny '3 points'!
-
For purely Chelsea selfish reason, I hope he doesn't play against Venezuela tonight. Can't imagine our starting XI without him right now IF he gets injured!
-
He is another Bosingwa IMO. Probably better than Bosingwa going forward but defensively, he's a shamle, just like Bosingwa...
-
Wouldn't mind us getting him but please, nothing more than 30-35 million. Anything more than that and it could be another disaster waiting to happen.

Considering that the next transfer window is in the summer where there'll be plenty of time and options to get players in, I would be fuming if we get Krasic. Don't think he's good and consistent enough for a club like us with ambition to be back among the very best clubs in the world. Furthermore, he will be 28 this year. Would rather see the club spend that little bit more to get in a much younger and hungrier player like Hazard, Eriksen etc where they can contribute and be a success at the club for 10 years or even more!

AVB should not be sacked for Mourinho to return. His failings is good enough of an excuse to be sacked. On Mourinho, I would definitely take him in a heartbeat IF the opportunity comes around.

That. I know people are entitled to their opinions but I find suggestions of playing Luiz in a more advanced position or even playing Torres as a winger rather ridiculous. The reason why Luiz is having so much joy going forward is because he comes forward from the back and feels unpredictable for teams to deal with him. When a team setup against us, their players are usually tasked to mark our front three, midfielders and the full backs as well while leaving our CBs free. IF he was to play in midfield or even upfront, I doubt he will have the impact he's having on the team right now as he will be marked and not given the space. Furthermore, I don't think he has the guile, vision and speed of thought to be playing further forward. In short, don't change something unncessarily if ain't broke. I mean, just look at what Harry is tinkering with Tottenham's approach play at the moment by playing Bale in the hole while benching Lennon when their main strength is the pace and width in wide areas. Instead, Tottenham have played narrow in recent games and have struggled even against Stevenage!

He certainly did better than you think. He broke up Bolton's attacks, got forward most of the time and played lots of forward passes, quickly. IF we had made better use of his passes in the final third, you might have noticed his contribution even more. Not the greatest of performance from Lampard but still one of the better ones from him in recent times.
