Nah. Those 3 are arguably the most reliable media outlets in UK.

Yup and you'll be banned for it if doesn't happen.

Inclined to agree but not worth getting if he's gonna get injured more often than not.
-
Meh. Seems like the rumors have come from dodgy sources so far. He might be a success short term wise but in the long term, he won't be. Likely to find himself on the bench more often than not and I don't think a poacher like him is the type of striker mainly preferred by Mourinho.
-
It's basically pretty much what we all have discussed about Mata's deficiencies and him not fitting into the system..
-
Gundogan is a good player but his injury problems in recent times is a concern. May need to think twice before getting him.

I know selling Luiz is a tempting idea especially with he seems to command a huge price tag but not too sure about flooding our squad with too many young players, even if they are talented, and not enough experienced players. Zouma could possibly be a replacement for Terry soon enough. He can't go on forever.
-
That is true but think by now, people have wised up to his usual tricks and I don't think it has stopped people from talking about our failure to convert chances yesterday; the striker situation and others.
-
Worse of all is that not many of those shots were clear cut chances. Mostly were shots from distance.

Think when Araenal went into that game, they were doing well defensively and look what happened. I know we have been defensively sound of late but look who we played against. None of them were anywhere near the calibre and quality of City's attackers. City won't camp in their 18-yard box for the whole 90 minutes but they are certainly capable of playing on the counter with their offensive prowess and that is certainly a way to make a defensive team open up by letting them come at you and then hit them on the break. Don't think Toure is suspended. Why would he? Has only picked up 2 yellow cards in domestic games this season, from what I checked.

So typical of a team like a West Ham turn up here and perform after getting thrashed and having so many injuries recently. Frustrating would be a major understatement to describe this result. Credit to West Ham for defending well and doing what they need to but thought we made some poor decisions on the ball and at times, took a tad too long to shoot. Those slow passing, especially in the first half, didn't help matters either as it allowed West Ham to get back into their shape and put 10 men behind the ball.

Ramires is such an awkward player. Has great energy, stamina, pace and capable of long bursting runs but yet his first touch and passing can at times be so horrendously bad.
-
Arsenal are no City when it comes to scoring. Aguero might be out for this one but Dzeko has been scoring lately too. And this thing about bigger teams attacking us and leaving space for us to counter is getting old. Every time that is said when we play the bigger teams and yet this doesn't really happen. Game always turn out differently. Heck, if City is streetwise enough, they could let us attack them and counter us instead.
-
IIRC, Arsenal and Spurs previously went to the Etihad with the league's meanest defence and ended up shipping 6 goals there. Now we have that record... And pardon me for negative but I can only see City winning this and I'm quite afraid how many goals they will score against us...
-
I'm sorry but that is just so typical of Mourinho to be a hypocrite and say that. Allardyce even took the piss out of his comments after that.

You will never win a race against a statman.

You should never argue with a statman.

Almost, if not, all of his songs are rather cringeworthy IMO.

So you are basically Mata was only good because he had those players doing the things you mentioned?! Seriously, I don't know what is wrong with some people this season being so keen to play down Mata's abilities and discrediting all those great things he has done for us in the past 2 seasons. For starters, Mata is an advanced playmaker that dictates the play in the attacking third and you obviously then gonna need players to make off the ball movements to allow chances to be created and allow Mata to exert this influence. And let's not act like as is Mata himself doesn't pass and move around to offer himself as a passing option and/or drag players away so that others can shine as well. You think players like Hazard, Oscar are able to dribble and get players if they don't have players like Mata, Torres and others don't make off the ball movements? They will just be running into cul-de-sacs! Also comparing the likes of Hazard, Oscar etc with their ability on the ball to get past players with Mata is just nonsensical when they are different type of players with their own unique abilities on the ball.

Nope, he didn't. Gaston Ramirez got the assist for that one as he sort of flick Shaw's cross onto Puncheon's path to score.

Think we have enough AMs for now...

Shaw's cross that led to Fonte's yesterday was his first ever assist in the Premier League. That sure took awhile..
