True it is why these clubs are too big to fail. People will still see them. My only concern is the transfers rule for these clubs. What UEFA and FIFA do when it comes to transfers.

This says it all. The top 10 earners we are missing Bayern and PSG. They are forming their ESL and they can do it because they can. Weather people hate it and criticize they do it because they can.

At the end of the day I will still be watching this. But I hope it don't ends up like a fail football league that WWE tried to make (XFL), total failure that. However this is different because you have the biggest club that here in US people follow. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Manchester United, City, Chelsea, Juventus, Inter etc etc. As in the words of 2008 crisis, they are "too big to fail". These clubs do have great power in pulling this and they will do it as people all over the world will continue to watch them. Now the leagues will be fool by kicking these teams out. They are dead without Real Madrid, Barcelona and such. So they should play it smart. I will still support Chelsea and watch these matches.

I agree for now. A striker is not much needed but a better CM. We definitely need to spend some money there, but like I always says if the opportunity rises to sign Haaland we should go for it.

Yes was correct, that's why I didn't pay too much attention to weekend result. It's called the FIFA bug. I really dislike internationals. I don't even watch them anymore. That being said I'm seriously worried about Werner. We should consider selling him this summer, because I remember Torres when we had the chance to sell after the first season we did not. Then end up losing him for free eventually. I think Werner still has a resale value and should entertain the swap deal with Dortmund plus cash for Haaland.

But the option to buy are we obligated to sell if we don't want to? Isn't it only an option that if he does good and we want to sell we sell at the established priced? But what if we don't? Even if they want to accept that option, can't we refuse?

We need a Modric type of player for when teams park the bus. I agree with Veratti, that would be the dream signing for me even though he is 28. And I have been thinking a lot about Billy as this type of player. We won't know unless Tuchel gives him time and see if he can do what Andrea is doing....altough Andreas has been here a while and is more mature. Billy is just starting with us.
