If Mourinho felt like he was not being heard and being forced upon he would have left. He left before because of this, and he came back because the owner realize his mistakes and respect his opinion now.

How is that? You should read what Mourinho said regarding Matic when trying to buy him. I go by what we have. And what we have is that Mourinho didn't fancy much these players (DL,Mata)that was good and popular before he came back. This shows that the board has giving Mourinho idea a lot of thought and try to work with him.

Well without a doubt koke is first option. That's a no brainer, he is younger and has a lot of potential. Would be a Oscar type of signing. Problem is the fee and that koke doesn't want to leave Atlético. So can't pursue something that ain't there. Thus why fabregas is the best option available at the moment. If we wait till next year something better might appear but we don't have that luxury since that's an area of urgent attention.
