To be fair this is true as well. We have a bunch of ref that are just thrown these tools....They never grew up on this nor train on this. It will take a while before we get a generation of refs that will have grown with this and more accustom to this. So that is true.

That's why is best to keep Sarri for another season. Even Conte I wanted to keep despite the dire moments and games. Just stick with the manager and let them develop. I would encourage Sarri to continue with the younger players and don't put a burden for trophy. Definitely. I think the wise thing is to give Sarri one more season. If we do amazingly good next season keep Sarri. If more of the similar well it will show that we are giving manager time and that might be good for a manager like Jardim or Ajax coach. because we need to show that we give time to managers. And by keeping Sarri one more season it will show we are changing.
