What position do you think the fat cunt will be playing at?
-
Nice wages, a £1M / week. Must have meant a year, that would amount to around 100k a week.
-
That's expensive, just hope that if we actually do get him there really is a plan for him and not just buy the player who's been on top form without thinking if he's the right fit. I'm not intelligent enough to know these things because Fellaini's best position is so complicated. Btw, is Ryan Fong's source the guy who apparently broke this story at L'Equipe this morning?
-
Aston Villa are really missing Heskey, the Powerhouse.
-
I bet none of them have even visited this country, let alone ask the people who actually live here if they're as happy as they seem to think.
-
I'm almost certain he will go to Manchester United. If old red nose won't go after Strootman instead of yet another striker like Lewandowski he should retire already. Would take him at Chelsea any time, a shame we aren't even linked with him...
-
But it's not. I know dozens of people who have lives both in Finland and other nordic countries and evreyone has told me they're much better, but then again I knew that already. Those countries have the same healthcare and education systems as we do but everything is much cheaper and the wages are better = happier people. Also the most important thing, their women are better.
-
Bitch please, it's been at least a month since I've even seen the sun. Think Sweden and then tone it down a notch. If someone wants to visit / come live here in the north, Sweden and Norway are much better choices. They offer all the same advantages but hardly any of the shit things we have here.
-
Haha, I said one of the best, not the absolute best. Norway is very similar to Finland but only better. Can't say much about who's got the better healthcare and education (pretty much equal I suppose) but at least they make a lot more money there and from what i've heard people are usually much happier then us. Climate is as bad as ours though. Sadly the hot blue eyed blondes are in Sweden, not Finland.
-
Sure. Like Spike posted, Japan and a bunch of other countries have even higher rates but they do it for different reasons than our lot. Here everything is supposed to be great with one of the best education and healthcare systems in the world, not to mention them being completely free for everyone, no matter what your family's wealth or social status is. No one has to live on the streets because the government gives free money to people without jobs to get them back on their feet so one could assume everything is quite well here. In reality no one is ever happy and people have a shitload of problems with alcohol and other drugs and then they go and kill themselves when it gets even really depressing in winter time. I remember reading somewhere that the vast majority of suicides in Finland happen during those 4 months of the coldest and darkest winter period, so I'm not even making this sht up. Can't wait till I graduate and find a job somewhere else, shouldn't even be a problem with the supposedly world class education we have here.

I can understand both sides here. Lampard will obviously want to stay because he loves the club and he's desperate to break Tambling's record and truly make himself the greatest player in the history of Chelsea FC. He might even be willing to take the pay cut that was discussed in the newspapers a few days ago and if that's the case it would definitely make sense to give him at least a one year extension on reduced wages and a role as a squad player. On the other hand I can easily understand Roman's reasoning if he doesn't want Lampard at the club anymore. I would be mad too if someone were to fuck with my £13m investment, especially if Abramovich felt AVB was the right man for the long term and was ready to back AVB no matter what. Sacking AVB worked out perfectly as far as last season is concerned but we all know what Roman is like and he's not the kind of man to swallow his pride and give in to someone's demands when he's made up his mind, even though in this case he perhaps should make an exception...

It can be fun for a while if you're not used to the cold and snow, but when you've experienced it for as long as I have you would want to get the hell out of here too. On a cold day it can get as low as -30 degrees celsius and it gets pitch black dark at around 2pm, not to mention having to walk on icy roads and every few years break a leg or something because it's so slippery. It stays like that from October all the way till April and believe me when I tell you it's depressing as fuck. Agree on the second part though, but that's not enough a reason to make me like this shit at all.
-
I hate you Brazilians. You come here and talk about your summer vacations and beach houses while I'm freezing my balls off here in cold and dark Finland.
-
Haven't seen him play so can't comment on his ablilities but to think a few more million could get us a proven top class player in Isco or even Willian makes me question this deal. If we're really buying this guy for £12m I seriously hope he has been thoroughly scouted to make sure he's good enough and able to make an impact.

I normally don't pay much attention to the reputation system here at TC but I just noticed I have reached the milestone of 1000 rep.
-
What a debut for the lad. Could only watch the game on a laggy steam on my ipad so can't really say much about the game but I managed to see the goals and today I watched Ba's individual highlights fromt the game. Ladyboy's face was priceless after Demba's second goal. Tell me people, was that a player who's happy to see his team go 4-1 up?
-
Congrats Spike!
-
That's what you get when you carry the whole team on your back for a prolonged period of time. If he keeps on playing his back will be seriously fucked up soon.
-
Finally a proper striker, no more playing with ten men. Hopefully he begins his Chelsea career with a successfull performance tomorrow and benches the blonde cunt for good. Gutted I probably won't be able to watch his debut tomorrow.
-
Why would he? If anything, he should be getting excited about his chances of being a regular starter when he watched that shit for 90 minutes.
-
Nothing to see here, he was only at the game because of his mates SWP and Onuoha.
-
I wish I had some left too, smoked the rest of it on New Year's Eve. Oh well, might have to settle for some booze.
-
An average player does not score the third most Premier League goals in the past two years, being only behind Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie who everyone considers to be world class players. It's shocking how spoiled some people are when they are disappointed if we're not getting another £50m striker in Falcao. I don't know what more you can ask for in a January window than a cheap quality striker like Demba Ba who has been on top form this season.
-
Please tell me they're not selling Ba's shirts in the megastore already. Robinho, anyone?
