A horrible round. 21 points and I only have Lukaku and Williams left. Overall position down from 344 to 6647 and my rank for this gameweek is 2,757,443 so basically everyone who even bothers with this game got a better score than me.
Was maybe the best idea ever to bench Ramsey (10pts) for Brady who scored fuck all.
And how many of those did he start at his natural left-back position? No more than ten, I would guess. Di Matteo often used Bertrand as a substitute for the LW position and a 10 minute cameo in a wrong position really matters fuck all for his development as a defender.
Čech; Ivanović, Luiz, Terry, Cole; Ramires, Lampard; Oscar, Mata, Hazard; Torres Players like Eto'o, Willian and Schürrle on the bench. Ridiculously good squad depth.
Come on guys, you still have more than enough good players even without Costa. If you think losing out on this guy is bad, just take a moment to think about the situation here up north. Everyone was pissed when Carl fucking Jenkinson chose to represent England rather than Finland. Yes, that's how bad our other full-backs are.
Just made the Giroud -> Benteke transfer. Time will tell whether it was a good move but looking at the fixture list I am willing to take the risk. Arsenal have very tough fixtures coming up whereas Aston Villa will be facing the likes of Cardiff, Sunderland and West Brom for the next month or so. The man in top form Aaron Ramsey will be dropped to the bench for Robbie Brady who's playing against Sunderland at home. Now the lineup is almost done, only thing remaining is the captain but I'm having a hard time selecting one. I've thought about Hazard because Newcastle's defense has been atrocious lately but it'd be a risk because Eden might not even start after Schürrle, Willian and Mata all had good games this week and Hazard wasn't at his best against City. Then there's Benteke but he's up against a defensively good West Ham side and he's only regaining his match fitness so he wouldn't be an ideal captain either. The likes of Sturridge, Özil and Lukaku will all be facing a top6 team so they're ruled out, I suppose.
What's with the Assassin's Creed shirt? Is he doing some voice acting for the Spanish version or just a fan of the game series? Anyway, good interview.
The following article at the Daily Mail suggests he already got it. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2481371/Chelsea-finally-sign-Traore-half-year-deal-wonderkid-granted-work-permit.html
Not surprised Ryan had a good game, he's always been a consistent 7 out of 10 performer who doesn't make many mistakes and on his day he can offer so much more than the soon 33-year-old Cole and he showed that yesterday. He just needs to be given more chances to shine.
@Arsenal46s Arsenal team to play Chelsea: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Vermaelen, Koscielny, Monreal, Ramsey, Wilshere, Rosicky, Cazorla, Ryo, Bendtner Not as bad as it could have been, but still bad.
