Why would it be reasonable when Josh's defensive game isn't good enough yet
-
I will be pissed if he goes to united
-
Really didn't get that bit But anyway i don't see it as a problem. You need 5 players competing for that double pivot and with Ramires also being a backup RW that is virtually making it 4 players (Not counting Meireles). Also need to factor in that there is likely to be an injury at some stage too and i'd much rather see a Fellaini or Lampard come in as a replacement rather than Essien or Meireles
-
I definitely agree with the sentiment of the article, although don't agree with the bit about Romeu as he'll get plenty of games here and is actually ready. However, the thing i always say is that if a player is good enough, then they'll breakthrough to the first team. Josh for example WILL be an absolute god of a player, but the way some fans seem to overrate him is quite funny at times. These players are only around 19 and have so much time on there hands to develop, but the most important thing for them at that age is game time and without that they won't develop. There time in Chelsea colours will come, but like you say some fans just need to be patient and trust the club
-
I don't see how Fellaini would jeopardise Romeu's role. Romeu will be able to rotate with Mikel, while Lampard, Fellaini and Ramires (also rotating on the wing) rotate. He'd be a good signing especially if we can give Everton Lukaku or Josh or KDB on loan as Moyes is great with youngsters. Still would prefer modric though
-
He's actually a very good player
-
Getting the feeling that our next manager will be managing at the euros before coming to us
-
The need for Modric or a player like him is because currently the only player we have who can dictate the tempo of a game is Lampard and we can't rely on him for a whole season. Mceachran could be an option, but his defensive game isn't good game and its the same for De Bruyne, don't even get me started on Meireles. With the players we got, our game is gonna be a lot more about possession and keeping hold of the ball and thats why we need a midfield distributor in there. Obviously this would only be possible if we get rid of Essien and even possibly Meireles if we plan to keep one of KDB and Josh

Gonçalo Lopes @_GoncaloLopes Hulk in London next week, probably to sign for #cfc. The info comes from the brazilian press
-
That wasn't the point i was making, i was just saying its highly unlikely he'll come here and implement his barca style which is one that has been developed over the years rather than a short term thing

These are only rough translations from this twitter page: https://twitter.com/#!/AnaInesMartinez Edinson Cavani said that # go to # Chelsea seduce. It was to see and really liked the environment. Today @subrayado Launch of Web Edinson Cavani #. The player gets emotional and even cries, and says he likes # Chelsea. Hulk is needed more than Munian because it saves us having to buy a striker and we kill two birds with one stone. Also add that with Hazard and Mata, i'd prefer us to get a physical player in there who won't be bullied and can help us out in that aspect. Muniain will be a great player but we already have lots of potential stars, would prefer us to get someone older, i.e Hulk
-
I'd agree with you except for the physical player part, he may not be the biggest in terms of height, but your not gonna see many players in the league bully Hulk. His power is immense
-
Why do we automatically assume he'd come and do a high line? Pep is much more intelligent than Avb and not as naive, he'd be the first to realise that wouldn't work here

Dan Levene @BluesChronicle Today's the day Eden Hazard has been waiting for: when Eva puts her hand down his shorts & tells him to cough. Yes, its Chelsea medical day!
-
No i'm just showing that Hazard was obviously still in England today and i doubt it was to see the sights in London for fun....
-
kylianHazard @KylianHazard Toujours en Angleterre et la je mange un bon snack Hazard's brother Kylian tweeted this and i'm damn sure it means Hazard was getting his medical and everything sorted at Chelsea. He'll sign for us, and i'm pretty sure it will happen tomorrow
-
Great interview with him yesterday Another video: Skip to around 4:12 and he's doing the shirt swapping for all the belgian players
-
Tom Williams @tomwfootball Romelu Lukaku: "Eden Hazard's English is catastrophic. I asked him: 'Are you happy with your transfer?' He said: 'I don't understand!' (TF1)
-
I remember Hazard being much more direct and im not too sure why he barely ran at defenders today. He was still decent nonetheless and he and Mata are gonna form something special. Think the Hulk signing is crucial as he will definitely give us that directness in the 3
-
Dembele was brilliant. Would be good for our double pivot if we sell Essien
-
Hazard looks better on the wing
-
I still think the club will sell him
-
If you look at Bertrand's development, the thing we did is not rush him and put him in the first team when he was ready. Kdb is not even in the same position as hulk, Lukaku will be loaned, Marin is going to get a whole load of games for us as he's pretty much a first choice sub and i'm completely gonna be honest and say that i don't think Kakuta deserves a place at the club. Buying Hulk has no effect on Sturridge either, Sturridge himself said he doesn't want to play on the wing and thats his fault alone if he doesn't get games even though im sure he'll get the opportunity this season. I don't get the obsession of rushing young players into a first team, if there good enough they'll get in.

I love how whenever Chelsea make a signing, rival fans become FFP experts
