  1. If he does come I don't think he'd instantly be in the first 11. Think he'd be a squad player while he adapts and then eventually proves good enough for the first team. Think similar to what Sandro did at spurs and how he broke through
  2. Sandro: "They [spurs] asked me about Oscar and I said: 'Do not waste time, or another club will take him.'" LOL
  3. I'll offer my two cents worth. I've done some reasearch on him and seen him around 5 times. He's played as a deep lying playmaker at times this season for Internacional and has also played as a wide forward for Brazil. Favoured position seems to be in the hole, but this versatility is brilliant to have. This is a brilliant read about him http://brazil.worldcupblog.org/world-cup-2010/the-playmakers-oscar.html If this is all true and he comes, i wouldn't expect him to be a first team player right a way as he'll need to adapt. Ridiculous talent though

  8. Think he could operate on the right, like the way Gotze does
  9. Paulo Brito ‏@RealPBrito Oscar esta indo para o Chelsea por 30 milhoes e Ganso vindo para o Inter.. This guy seems to think he's coming to us for 30m euros. Is he reliable?
  10. Saw this article earlier http://blogdoneto.bl...-internacional/ It was written by this guy https://twitter.com/10neto. Not sure how reliable he is but he's got over a million followers on twitter and is from brazil. Anyway he's claiming that Oscar's coming to us this summer. This was then followed up by a brazilian journo saying that we've put in a bid fom him. Will be interesting to see how this develops, been linked with Spurs and is one of the brightest brazilian prospects. Whenever i've seen him, he's played centrally but i think he can play on the right too. Massive potential
  11. No it isn't fifa.....its Roman
  12. Depends on what happens with Danny
  13. Potential wise Lukaku is better. Lukaku's got so much to his game that with a bit of fine tuning he could be one of the best strikers to have played at this club. He's also got the right attitude to succeed, which stands him in good stead. With Moses i could see him becoming a very good PL player, whereas with Lukaku im thinking one of the most feared strikers in europe
  14. Moses is of very similar potential to Sturridge imo. Lukaku's exceeds both of them for me though
  15. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2170219/Luka-Modric-wanted-Chelsea-again.html
  16. All I've said is that rather than shunning the idea of Moses and hulk if that's what the club wanna do then there's gonna be a reason behind it. There's no guarantee that Danny is staying. We wanted giroud and hulk, so clearly something is up
  17. Yes but the club may want him gone this summer or used in a deal. He's only got a year left as everyone knows. The club wouldn't sign a player all willy nilly. There'd be a reason why we go for hulk and Moses if we are. And of course I want a RB. Another assumption....,
  18. And I answered your question. None of us know sturridge's situation
  19. Ask the board, all I'm saying is that they clearly want a CF and RW. Maybe Sturridge might be off? Who knows
  20. The club clearly feels different to you then don't they. We wanted giroud, so clearly we do want a CF option
  21. What I'm sure will happen is we get a RW, CF and CF. there's been no real indication we even want a CM. if we do want a CM, then we'll get all 4. The reason for wanting moses is probably due to squad depth and homegrown rules. This summer was always going to be big
  22. Can you actually explain this? Because it has no bearing on a cm coming in whatsoever. That's if we're even interested in one. If its to do with money then we recoup Moses money very easily by selling two players, possibly one. If its to do with squad, we've lost drogba, kalou, bosingwa, anelka and possibly benayoun, meireles, malouda as well as possible loans for josh, lukaku, kdb. So I'm confused by your assumption
  23. Players will leave....an overhaul was always going to happen. Moses has no effect on getting a cm
  24. He's easily good enough to be a squad player and you can see the potential is there to graft out a great premier league player. There's a reason why all the top clubs including us wanted him when he became available at palace. And with toronto's point, avb barely rotated and players were playing week in week out. Also add that kalou didn't play for months and the same happened for Anelka. We could recoup the money we have to spend on Moses by selling meireles and malouda and so wouldn't affect us signing a regista if we even felt we needed one. Also remember that Sturridge only has a year left....there's a reason for every signing
