  1. Watching Crystal Palace vs Norwich now.. Should be a good game.
  2. Link to Live Press Conference if anyone wants it http://www.chelseafc.com/videos/chelseatvlive.html
  3. They grow up so fast... Time to elect a new man of the people!
  4. i dont think its nearly as bad as people are making it out to be. Just need to tidy up a bit. Also our pressing has been poor, Arsenal pass their way out of it too many times. Lads need to wake up.
  5. Lmaoo i watched it too. Lord Bendtner pulled a Drogba 2012 UCL Final hahaha
  6. BBC created a poll with questions to determine which PL manager you would be. Link: http://m.bbc.com/sport/football/33609642 My Result: "Solid, Dependable, and a safe pair of hands. You're basically Tony Pulis. You might not be fashionable but you're effeftive, mid-table beckons." Who did yall get?
  7. Think @WHS, @TheSkipper, @Sheva, @DYC would all be brilliant Mods.
  8. *Assuming no Sexy signings (in CM/CAM/ST) are made for CFC and Man City. PL: Think it will be tight af between Us and City. City have doubled down on their philosphy of attacking/scoring teams to oblivion, and wouldn't be surprised to see many 4-1 scorlines from them. But lets not forget Yaya Toure was abysmal in CM in the spring and they still haven't corrected that issue. I'm not saying Yaya's trash, but you never which Yaya will show up it seems. Is Delph the answer? I doubt it. Will Aguero stay healthy? Reports are he's going to miss the begininng of the season. Will City's defense be solid? Kompany/Mangala had season's to forget. As for Chelsea FC. We're placing a lot of hope in many different players. Oscar: Will he make the jump, be more consistent, be trusted in big games? Rambo: will he be a viable option in Midfield and return to 2012 form and score goals? Moses: Will he be our super sub of sorts, help create havoc for the defense, and score the timely goals? Traore: WIll he adapt to the PL, and hopefully score a couple goals, and grow as a player? He's only a youngin so patience will be needed Mikel: Will he be healthy this season (was out for large stretches last season) and be our answer to the Big game crisis? Falcao: WIll he play so well and make JM find ways to put him in the starting XI maybe even a 442? Cuadrado: Will he stop his frequent meetings with the floor? These are many questions. And you got to ask yourself how many do you think will come good? I'm not entirely confident in many of those players but I so hope they prove me wrong. Also, our run-in in the begining of the season is difficult AF! West Brom/Man City/Everton/West Ham away all before October. Jesus! Wonder how we'll do. FA Cup: I think we'll go far, been way too long since we last won it, and there's no way Arsenal are winning it 3x over. I like our chances, and our history with the Cup has been great, at least Semi's imo, if not Final. COC: I think another Bradford City type of loss where we lose to a Championship/League One Level team. It's Chelsea, and when we lose it seems to be in heart-breaking fashion. Champions League: Think we'll may be bounced in Quarters. And we draw a team like Real Madrid/Atletico Madrid. Also wouldn'be be surpised if we drew Real Madrid in our Group Stage tbh. This is not me being pessimistic. Just trying to look at things realistically. City have issues like every other team, and it'll be interesting to see if they prevail or not. With Man United, i just think they'll lose steam either in the beginning or end at some point. Their beginning schedule is easy on the eye with a lot of tough matches at home. They'll be in the thick of things no doubt, might even lead the table for the first couple months, but subsequently either Us or City take charge. Arsenal: . Play well either 1st or 2nd half of season, suffer a lot of injuries, rinse repeat.
  9. Some people are too much. Now i wasn't a fan of Sterling in a Chelsea shirt, but how can people undermine his skill? He will be good for City i feel. SterlinhgAguero/Sila/ will cause may headaches to teams. City's defense is still suspect imo, and i think they'll rely on attacking teams to oblivion with wave after wave. I don't see Silva/Sterling tracking back alot. But as long as Toure is still in CM, they'll always be held hostage to his will, especially in the big games.
  10. Just score. Honestly, if he can be a pest when called upon by shooting/scoring/getting good FKs i'll be happy. Nobody is/should be expecting Hazard like runs or what-not from Moses. He can be so frustrating to watch I admit, but as long as he's scoring/being a pest he's golden in my book, because we have virtually no players besides our Strikers that shoot enough from midfield (except Oscar, but even he doesn't shoot enough). If Moses and Traore perform well when called upon they can serve as new signings. Maybe not sexy signings, but servicable signings that are just as important in all title winning sides.
  11. Really losing hope that we'll sign a Top Box-2-Box CM. This mentality of winning the league with virtually the same squad has a great chance to blow up in out face. Luckily there's a January Window. My only worry is, if are right in the thick of the title race, does this confirm JM's notion of winning the League w/o reinforcements or make us buy the CM we should've in the summer.
  12. Anybody think he displaces Ivanovic for a few games? I know that's not his preferred position, but if Cahil/JT are in the form of their lives at somepoint in the season...we could play him there for a few games if JM ever ends his love-fest for Ivan. Again, i'm not suggesting we splash 30M for Stones to soley play him out of position, but it definately is an option for JM.
  13. Apparently we are very close to finishing the deal, but want to adress Luis' future first.
  14. We better not miss out on him..really want him here. Hope Agent Cesc comes to the rescue!
  15. what are his strengths/weakeness? Honestly only watched him play couple of times.
  16. He'll be good for City i expect, i just hope their done for the summer and no more big money signings are made. Raheem got what he wanted, now he has to put his down and produce.
  17. Good capture for Bayern. Wonder if Juve will use this money to sign Oscar or make a serious attempt to do so.
  18. Still waiting for us to sign a CM/RW like
  19. RIP transfer market. My oh my. I kind of feel bad for Sterling, i cant even imagine how it must feel to be public enemy #1 and now have a ridiculous Transfer sum tagged on to your name. It's just human/fan nature that whatever Sterling does, will be attached to that price even though he had nothing to do with that valuation. The English tax will be forever synonymous with Sterling from now on i feel. No matter how unfair/fair, deserved or not, the criticism will be through the roof just like it is for Bale and Torres. Every missed 1v1 chance, penalty, or bad play will raise the hate towards him.
  20. Would do anything to see this come to fruition.
  21. This is literally 20 mins from my house.... the temptation is so real. But my first CFC game has got to be a real one!
