That might bring up his price or his clause. Does he even has a release clause? But I def like him. I would sell Essien and Mikel. Mikel said Anzhi wanted him...then sell him. And Essien where ever they want him. Tiote and Romeu would be a much better DM for our new team we are trying to build.

Why would any plastic supporter jump bandwagon to Man City? They got nothing over Liverpool! But seriously if we had plastic supporter they would have jump ship when we got rid of Mourinho or lost to United in the CL. If you still supporting Chelsea after that downfall, there is no glory hunting. Supporting a team in the good times anyone can do that. And we had that under Mourinho. Yeah that's what I always said! It does not matter if you are not in CL, cause City where never in CL and the players still came. Players come for a project. And they saw that City was building a good project where they will get a lot of money and chances to win trophies. Same situation will be with Chelsea. I remember Hazard agent said that if Chelsea start spending again in reshaping the squad he will consider it. So players won't care about not being in CL one season. Torres was the same at Liverpool, but he left cause they did not spend money on buying good players. If Chelsea turns like Liverpool where we buy mediocre players then we will turn like Liverpool. But until Roman remains in charge that is not going to happen. He will spend and do what is needed.

Well it was really Roman undoing if you think about. He put the money for the squad, then he took out the juice. Then firing managers after manager never really help. So as much as the club did good under him, it also went down because of him. There is always two side of the coins when the team is run poorly with poor plans. However Chelsea FC can still be cheerful about the future, because of the many young players they got. If Roman where to leave these players would still be here.

Then you say fight for third fourth and fith...well clearly you don't follow la liga if you don't see how many teams are fighting for those places! PL was the best a couple of years ago and I agree with that, but today that tittle now belongs to Spain.

Yeah they have amass too much power that the only way to challenge them is for some rich guy to come and buy a club. If it wasn't for Roman, I think the EPL would have been the same, Arsenal and United amassing power. Thanks to Roman that changed and brought another contender. Now we have another one which is City. I prefer new teams to come and challenge the establish order, then the same teams over and over again where we end up like the Scottish league. Rangers vs Celtic to infinity!

Another interesting read. I agree with the Mikel, Essien, Meireles departure. Josh is not ready for next season, if he can't get in Swansea he ain't ready for us. So will need to buy another midfield there. Romeu we don't know if he wants to leave to Barcelona, so let's hold on him for now. But if he stays then def a top player for our mid. Now Kakuta, can't forget about him. He has been doing great in French, can easily come into our team like Sturridge. After that besides the one player to buy, another one will not be bad.
