Bielsa had good things going at other teams as well. He does not have to stay. He was just there to prove a point, that what he did in South America can also be done in European football. But agree Barcelona will soon come calling for him. Although I won't be surprised if City ask for him, cause City is building up a team that can play his style with Silva and Co.

When people speak out of their own ass, they end up looking like a fool! European coaches are always way overrated. Has a lot to do also with the ridiculous English press that overrates their league and mediocre national team!
-
In that point you might be right. Cause the AVB comparisons where just a blatant disrespect to Bielsa's managerial career. However as you pointed out "the way Chelsea is set up now" meaning that there will be major changes this summer? If that's the case then whats the problem? Plus I always stated how I wanted a manager that risk more youth. Bielsa is by far one of the fewest top managers in the world that infuses more youth into the starting team.
-
I stop reading after you only mention these 3 teams. There was more, in fact he came more into fame for his exploit in Velez Sarsfield. That gave him the big step to Argentina, and then everything is history. I called you delusional cause you dare to compare AVB managerial experience with Bielsa. Now you throw Scolari. That's a different story and had nothing to do with what you said before.
-
The last time I will say it and won't repeat myself. Making comparison with a manager that barely got 2 years of experience with a manager of nearly 2 decades is laughable and delusional. But I will leave you with this. AVB Porto style, was never replicated in different teams. Look at Bielsa team and see how his style has gone to each club and team he managed? Success is measured when the same results are proven right over and over again. AVB came and never proved that. Mourinho came and proved it in 3 different teams. So again any 1 else that comes with the same excuse is about as delusional as Liverpool fans!
-
Right about what? That you are comparing a 34 year AVB to an experience manager like Bielsa? bahahahahaa Keep thinking with your delusional ways, cause is great show biz!

Nah just until I have something else to talk about.
-
This is why this place is a hindered to me, and I must leave! Have to go where people appreciated the art of football, and not just in it for being an opportunist. Peace!
-
Well I am done here. I prove my points right yet again!
-
Proofs nothing other then I was right! :blue scalf: Real football, is the one of beauty and chemistry that is display by Pep Barcelona, Hiddink, Bielsa team and such. The nicely orchestrated pass from defenders to start an attack, the break away play from the players to stop further breakthrough from the midfield to the final third. Anti-football is the one where Mourinho parks the bus or the plane. The playing of nothing but long balls. For people who love the sports, and not the haters that are always hating on some good player or good team, don't know this!
-
Giving that you are from Spain obviously your opinions will be very bias! I still stand by my opinion, but discussion something with you is like trying to discuss in the pre-season with the Chelsea fans that Lampard should be bench. It won't work cause both are very bias! Trolling has nothing to do with being right. And so it happens I am right....with the exception of using statistic, since that is a bit exaggerated and I agree!
-
It still amazes me that many people here did not know about Bielsa, when his great work for Argentina and Chile was there for all to see. I guess I can see why most of the posters here are little kid, who don't know much about football. All they do is follow some over hype league, and a mediocre English national team. What a shame, as they don't know what real football is!
-
And AVB spoke perfect English, yet he got fired!
-
BTW why must you always double quote me? Are you seeing double vision after that ass kicking that United just got?
-
All you had to say, you are probably right, but you are exaggerating with the statistical data. Other then that great point sir. Well applauded for that!
-
Yeah today's Arsenal has decline in style, compare to a couple of seasons ago when it was more fluid. You can even add the style of Benitez when he had Torres and Xavi Alonso. There was more fluidity to their passing. And the last point is great, as it was a stumbling block for AVB. Marcelo had the same problem at the beginning just like AVB, but he managed to overcome that obstacle.
-
Nope, that is why 99% and 113% are far fetch. Now saying more then half the talkchelsea.net hardly watches la liga or only watches la liga for Barcelona and Madrid, makes sense! You just got to take also a look at this thread. Most people never seen Bilbao played till today.....Another proof to add, to the proof of only seeing the Liga thread become mostly active when Madrid or Barcelona plays.
-
Is that statistic good enough for you The Big Drog?
-
Arsenal? But if you don't know, the Bilbao style is similar to that of an EPL team. It's just that Marcelo added his style into this team......

Of course it can be proven to be true! All you have to do is look at the tv ratings. Insulting what you may be, it's the truth. And I am usually right 90% of the time!
-
Like what ?

All you have to do is look at the liga thread. It only comes active when Barcelona or Madrid plays.
