  1. I am not going to complain about unnecessary post, cause I done them a lot! :blue scalf:
  2. I like Tomo, he is a cool guy and I am not trying to dig at him for being right or wrong. What I don't like is his comparison of past events. He does it a lot, but they don't prove much of nothing. It's great to acknowledge the past, but it does not necessarily means that is an indication of what can happen in the future.
  3. Congratz. Plus you guys made it friendly user, especially for international community. The Italian community has been awesome as of recent! Keep up the good work! :blue scalf:
  4. What I am about is this: http://forum.talkche...-december-2001/ http://forum.talkche...pening-9-games/ You always want to try to compare to something in the past. Just because it happened in the past, does not means it can happen again. Your statistic there about Mourinho proved nothing about AVB. Just like your comparisons of Moyes to Sam don' t mean much of nothing! And I will tell you this, a lot of people can have one or two good seasons just like AVB showed. What is much harder is to maintain a certain lvl of success for a sustain period of time. Moyes has over a decade of experience to his CV with Everton to show for his hard work.
  5. I thought you where never going to reply to me because my English grammar was bad?
  6. I totally agree, the new manager effect tends to distort everything into contexture. The true measure of most managers comes at half season, where most of the sacking starts at a lot of the clubs. That's where the poor results start and the true identity of the players and managers begin to show. However as pointed out, for the stature of our club, managers should not be priority one. We can easily wing it with RDM one more season. What we need the most is a better squad. And giving that no matter who comes in, the club will continue to do it's business of getting the players they want. This is why I would not mind keeping RDM for another season, so we don't get another manager to take his time to "assess" the squad when we know what is needed. And I think RDM knows what we need as well. He should be in tune with the club by now!
  7. Interesting indeed. I will take it as a good business by Chelsea if we actually get this guy, but at what price?
  8. Dam you! lol. But on a serious note, is there a song that you play against the haters that are always hating for no dam reason at all? The only one I know is this one:
  9. The difference is the PL experience that RDM got compare to AVB. The way he set up for certain games tells me that he knows what system to play against a particular opponent in the PL. To know the weakness and strength of a team, and how to play to their full potential is something that takes time to learn. It is why today my number one choice is Moyes. Now, If Chelsea give RDM the full job, I won't complaint. I take it as he has done good and at this moment the most important thing Chelsea needs is new players. Managers can wait a bit longer. So RDM can easily continue on the role he has. The real assess of his managerial career should be measure in the middle of the season where most managers seem to go down.....
  10. I like how you come here and break all this with your analysis, but I also remember you had same analysis for AVB back at the beginning of the season......In fact the biggest hyper of the AVB reign Eldo, is no longer here to stick out his neck. So I won't buy your Moyes comparison to Sam and Roy. I still want Moyes!
  11. http://www.videofy.me/v/453907 Arabs commentator are awesome. I wish I could understand their language as they are very passionate in the way they narrate. Not like the boring english commentators....
  12. Like I said, there is no price good enough in the fair value category to to sell him. Which is why I want him to continue for a long time. But if some clubs wants to go mental and pay out big (which is way out of fair value), then you can't pass that up. I'm sure any player will also think about it, if they will receive big wages.
  13. Ronalda for 80M????? You still sell if the offer is out of the world. Ivan value should be like that of what Real Madrid pay for Coentrao. If there was an inflated value past Coentrao you can't pass that up. And I think Cesar Azpilicueta can become better then Ivan. The one thing I admired from Ivan is his passion. That is priceless, and can't be bought.
  14. Any player has it's sale value. Chelsea problem is we don't sell when we need to sell. That being said I don't want to sell Ivan, like I do with Cole. But if there was a big offer for Ivan I would really think about it.
  15. Yeah dude is class. I would take him if we had the chance.
  16. Proves that to have great players you don't need to spend millions. Just do some good scouting. Ivan is one of the rare Chelsea buys have done since Roman. If we did more like this our club will be break even by now! And now Ivan price has tripled, if any club wanted to buy they will need to pay big bucks!
  17. So some Russian teams want Ivan???? 50+ mill and you can have him!
  18. Great win. I will be the first one to praise Mikel quiet work in the mid. He stop a lot of plays. Other then that, I hope David Luiz is ok.
  19. I don't understand why MOD don't do anything against these people. It is always the same people that curse at other users cause they got nothing left to say. I understand if it was a one time, but it's always the same!
  20. It's funny reading comments from some of the Chelsea fans. They seem to be bipolar!
  21. Better options out there for Chelsea for the amount of money they are quoting. Now if we buy him for less then what Mandril pay, then I say good business.
  22. If this where true, I say Roman you will be a fool not to take such an offer! But I don't think it's true, so more Torres for us!
