Believe me, Morata is our main striking man with the fee we paid for him. You can forget the Aubameyangs and Icardis of this world, Morata is our man. The club tolerated Torres for much worse performances for much longer time for much less money. Other positions' main men include Tibo, Azpi, Christensen, Kante and Hazard. I wouldn't call that screwed, we just need better supporting cast and that is what Džeko would be here to provide.

Guess I'm hoping that after watching his interview, where he said he wanted to become a world class midfielder and also said he saw himself as a box-to-box MF, that he can progress enough to play that role in a 2 man midfield. Having a technical baller who can run around and pass, defend and score would do us a world of good.

Problem being he's not really a AMR, he hasn't really played there. On the left we got the undroppable Hazard and strikers Morata, Džeko (fingers crossed). We can't guarantee him regular game time and playing him on the right side might not be that effective because he can't cut inside. We would have to buy him for a big price = he needs to be a starter, don't think that's gonna happen. Arsenal would be perfect for him - Lacazette (Auba), Martial, Özil, Miki front-line would be very good on paper.

Rashford will probably stay as he's their academy talisman, Martial however I think is expendable... worth a shot in the summer?
