  1. Yep. Especially the fact that he's been given a first team number shows that he won't be a measly squad player.
  2. How is Cahill an exception? He's English, our team is English, we have many English players. Now Marin is a better example, hopefully he paves way for a German influx
  3. Terry denies FA charge http://www.chelseafc...2863078,00.html E: whatever, I see that the discussion is in JT thread
  4. The title: Chelsea will have to sell off or loan players as club expects to sign two more, says Roberto Di Matteo The first 12 words of the article: Di Matteo did not confirm that Chelsea were hoping to make further additions
  5. Opera does have it, and it's the main reason why I like it - 2 in 1. Also I like to support the smaller companies or who are (at least partly) open source, Google can fuck off with its world domination (big brother, if you're watching, i didn't really mean it) It's best that they don't become extinct due to big corporations, we have to support them. Ideally I would use Firefox, who are fully open source and the main trigger for Browser Wars II to contest the awful IE's monopoly back in 2004, but Opera just edges it for me. Without those little rebels we'd be still likely sitting with an Internet Explorer 6, stuck in early 2000's.
  6. Does it have a built in e-mail application?
  7. We probably have our eyes on Markovic
  8. The cases of Hazards and Musondas are clear, the less prominent ones were brought to accomodate the real targets. The Belgian, Spanish and Brazilian are probably both, to create harmony and sense of belonging while still profiting from their talents. With those 3 nations it's easy, because they have many good players and it makes sense to acquire a handful of same nation players, instead of an "outsider" with same kind of talent and resale value. This, I suspect, is one of the reasons why we are watching Azpilicueta more closely, instead of Van Der Wiel, Debuchy or Piszcek, who would be outsiders. We were also close to signing Maicon, a Brazilian.
  9. Luiz is our Brazilian ambassador and Torres is our Spanish ambassador. While he's at it, he might as well convince Damiao and Hulk and Torres could brainwash Cesar together with Mata.
  10. I've noticed that too, although it's still early stages. I believe our double pivot of Mikel and Lampard while mostly effective defensively, is slow offensively. They dwell on the ball for too long, probably old habits. I've noticed Lampard trying to change his style since AVB, release the ball quicker and more direct, but his head is faster than his feet.. his release is still slow and sometimes inaccurate. I don't think Mikel and Lamps are quick one-two passing material. Young Frank probably would have managed it, but time has caught up. His best times were in a 4-3-3 with Drogba upfront and no real emphasis on quick passing. Same goes for our defenders actually, they dwell and overpass in their backline. Perhaps it's to provoke the opposition higher up, I don't know, but it kills the pace and intent.
  11. Is it somehow possible to make it work on Opera? I find it to be a useful addition, but I can't use it
  12. In that case playing him as the right sided playmaker like for Brazil would be good. With Ivanovic (or Cesar?) and Oscar there we wouldn't have as much penetration as from the left, but we'd be more comfortable passing there and starting attacks from there with higher expectations for something to happen. Plus he seems to know how to cross. Otherwise Bosingwa and Kalou/Ramires used to hang there, it was like the grey zone where nobody dared to pass unless no other options were avaialble, and prepare to defend a counter-attack immediately.
  13. Hard to say what position he played. Most of the time you would find him on the right, but often he'd drift central, deep, left. He certainly wasn't a right winger, but rather a right sided playmaker. Neymar and Hulk were supposed to be the wingers.
  14. Mistake has already been acknowledged
  15. Testing those underpants must have been fun
  16. Where are all the stat geeks at? I want to know what his passing accuracy was, I have a feeling it was over 90%.. hell, maybe even 100%.
  17. We will be known as the team if you stop Oscar, you stop Chelsea. Oh wait... we still have Hazard and Mata. Lmao, we will be a nightmare to play against.
  18. He is such a great playmaker, constantly moving and making himself available. Looks absolutely brilliant. I wouldn't put it past him to bench Lampard permanently.
  19. Wow he showed great pace, awareness and strength in his second assist
  20. It will defeat its purpose, because real trolling mustn't be obvious
  21. Why do I keep trusting youtube comments lol.. my bad then.
  22. wow, iPhone 4 takes some crappy photos errm, Juanny Cash is class
  23. To put things into perspective... When we won the league under Carlo, we didn't win a single game in pre-season. Under AVB we won every game in pre-season.
