  1. Wants to be born? At the stage in which they are allowed to be aborted an embryo doesn't want anything, it's not conscious. Also if the baby is born, for example, to some abusive crackhead family, then the child will very quickly begin to wish he/she was never born. What you're saying doesn't make sense.
  2. Great deal. Nowadays you normally can't get real quality for that "little". Good start, now hopefully the board will keep it up and sign at least a striker and a left-back, Ziyech alone won't make us competitive.
  3. At least he wasn't acquitted bipartisanly on either charge. Now expect more aggressive meddling by Russia in the next election, Trump has proven to be too good an asset to give up.
  4. So he was playing through injury? Didn't see the game, but it's no surprise that he played poorly. Don't get distracted, all eyes on the board
  5. I've been following the impeachment proceedings since the beginning and my feeling is that the democrats have fucked this up by rushing things, obviously because they wanted to get it done before elections. I don't disagree with them at all, I think Trump should be kicked out for far less than the Ukraine thing, but they didn't do a thorough enough job before bringing it on trial to the senate. Sure they probably never expected for him to be removed from office by republican controlled senate, but they instead wanted to use these public proceedings to tarnish his reputation as much as they can before elections. Last night's vote not to bring in any more witnesses or documents is the end of it, they didn't manage to bring any bombshells to the American public. All hopes were on Bolton, but they failed to bring him in in the House and in the Senate. Now Trump will be possibly bipartisanly acquited, he will become more arrogant and destructive to American society and politics globally, because he can now get away with basically anything. If nothing what he has done during his presidency is impeachable, if none of that is enough to remove someone from office, then I worry about the future if the fucker gets re-elected.
  6. If Giroud is forced to stay, then he really needs to play more, otherwise we'd be tossers for keeping but not playing him.
  7. Watched a lot of NBA when I was younger, Lakers were my favourite because of Bryant and Shaq. Was my absolute favourite basketballer, it's like he was playing with cheat codes during his peak... the shots and dunks he pulled off so effortlessly were amazing. Sad day. I will never fly a helicopter after all those accidents.
  8. Well now they're going five but they're still three [emoji16] Sent from my Mi A1 using Tapatalk
  9. Well this company clearly didn't put much thought into its name
  10. It's easy, Willian's and Pedro's contracts are expiring, €15M for Boga is more than reasonable and he looks good enough to fill up the numbers after one or both leave. Plus he's said that he wants to be back at Chelsea one day, so it would make sense to go for it NOW.
  11. @Mana this should calm you down a bit.
  12. Inclined to agree to sell him this summer while we can still get lots of cash for him. He doesn't work as well in a possession based system as in a counter-attacking one. And as he ages his stamina and speed will start going down, it already doesn't seem the same after those injuries. Just don't sell him to Mourinho
  13. Are you taking the piss here? Very bizarre post... what has sky sports got to do with anything?
  14. 'He could lose his career' - Former Chelsea wonderkid Musonda struggling to realise potential Sad read
  15. I'm sure if you asked the board for reasons behind this decision, they could probably rationally explain it. I suspect many deadwoods are still on our books because nobody has wanted to buy them or been able to match the club's demands to financially justify those sales. At least this way we get income from loan fees while somebody else pays the wages.
  16. I'm not his biggest fan nor am I "against" him. I like your comparison with Oscar, this is exactly who he reminds me of right now. His off the ball work rate is great and definitely a nice thing to have in a player, but now more than ever players (especially midfielders) need to be great on the ball too. In Mason's case I think he lacks in delivering final balls and offensive sharpness in general. I fully agree with Greavsie on what he said above, that he gets the right ideas but too often fails in delivering them. If he was 24+ I'd want him gone right now, but I have hope that he improves massively in every aspect. He has the tools for it, needs to have the right mentality to make it work, only time will tell. Tbh I wouldn't be impressed if he was an import player of the same age, but since I very much want our academy graduates to succeed, then I am willing to be very patient with him and the rest. One thing is for sure, Lampard definitely believes in him and I believe in Lampard. That makes much more sense.
  17. What do you mean? Nobody ever has and never will always get it right, almost always is the best you can realistically get from anybody. People who are paid big money don't always get things done and they don't have to. I'm struggling to see your point here, at first I even thought you were praising him.
  18. No chance. Bournemouth are in relegation battle, no way would a serious coach even consider it just to show someone how shit somebody is (thus intentionally possibly blowing the race). Losing one player, no matter how key, is nothing compared to losing a premier league spot. Howe doesn't strike me as this dumb.
  19. I've heard of him and possibly seen play for Estonian NT. His impressive stats come from the Estonian Premier League, which only says that he sucks less than the others. MLS? Big fat maybe. EPL? Never. I don't know in depth how he plays or whatever, but I don't need to, it's enough knowing he spent his youth training in Estonia.
  20. Lol @ still blaming USA for this. This retaliation campaign has been nothing but disastrous for Iran's global image, reinforcing their fame as terror state with the funeral stampede and downing a civilian plane. Horror show.
