There were people here worried about his capability to deal with the "physicality". Well, I think the moment said it all, when he went to claim an air ball and in the process of doing that planted Cahill on his ass and didn't even give a shit.

Solid debut. Didn't notice any mistakes except for a few miskicks. Overall had one excellent save and dealt with every ball in the box comfortably.

The thread title insinuated to me that the author posed a question countering the consensus and was going to argue against needing another striker, which would have been an interesting read (maybe). But granted, my expectations were based on the hope of a moron having found the "new topic" button, because nobody can argue against something this obvious.
