What incident? Anyway, I've heard a lot of people describe JT as a "legend of Chelsea", of that particular club. But for me, he is a legend of the game. In the same bracket as the Maldinis and Beckenbauers, he deserves to be remembered as one of the greatest defenders and captains of all time anywhere, not just at Stamford Bridge. I grew up falling in love with football and Chelsea watching John and Frank, the main men for me, now both are gone, both incredible legends of the game.

Very impressive. Azpi has acted as an auxiliary midfielder in his role and he does it so well. People tend to see Luiz as our builder from the back because 1/10 of his long passes finds the target, but to me it's clear as day that Azpi is the real orchestrator at the back and those stats back it up. Captain material.

How does he write in English in twitter then? I don't get it how can one write fairly well but not speak the language. For what it's worth I'm not a fan of his tweeting like others seem to be, imo it's childish and because of that I kinda understand why Conte doesn't trust a child in a man's body to lead title aspirers' line. Doesn't seem like he takes his job seriously, maybe a loan will do him good so he can mature playing against men in a team that needs his qualities more than we do.

Same formation? If 3-4-3 then Alonso is the only possible inclusion, but a full-back I can't see past Gallas of 04/05. Fabregas a good inclusion and an integral part of us being champions despite not being a starter. Perhaps having both Kante and Makelele in there is overkill, but my idea was that Kante plays the box-to-box destroyer role, Maka holds deep and Lampsy gets unleashed to batter through with DD and Robben, Hazard supporting - insane. Full license to get forward for Azpi and Gallas. Playing both also eliminates the need for 5 at the back, can afford to throw more players forward with surely no-one getting past Riccy, JT, Maka and Kante on the break.

We didn't have A.Cole back in 04/05.

What do you think will we play yoof in our remaining league matches or will Conte not want to disrupt the team chemistry before the FA Cup final? I think we'll see a few fringe inclusions (Ake, Batsman, Zouma) but will largely still play our key players.

Why are we playing on monday instead of weekend like the rest?

Talking about Cahill, I don't see how we can afford to lose so many HG players in one window. No way we'd be able to replace the outgoing players (JT, GC, Bego) with any sort of quality, only other option would be to fill the squad with U21 players who we know will not be used and would make the squad thinner than it already is. Cahill needs to stay regardless who we sign, and Conte needs to find a way to keep him happy if he does get replaced.

I had the same question. It sounds like Morata has all of a sudden become a pub player. I remember when he was leaving Juventus and Real bought him back for peanuts, a lot of people were disappointed that Real decided to activate the buy-back clause and we didn't get him. Put Morata in a team where he plays every game and he will deliver.

I understand very clearly what I said, it's your problem if you don't. I personally believe Messi is great, very good, but Benik Afobe is better. It's a crime he's never even been nominated for footballer of the year, fantastic player. What do you think?

In the post I quoted. You assumed I disagree with rating Messi higher than Zidane because I don't rate Matic higher, somehow making Matic equal to comparing with Messi, otherwise you wouldn't have automatically thought I would disagree with it.
