TC is a lot more laid back than CFCNet... which is a good and bad thing in my opinion. But I prefer the community here as it's smaller, you feel you know the majority of members.

The amount of youngsters out on loans is incredible, I can't remember it being that many for some time. In terms of players coming in, I'm happy with Delac, Kalas, Ramires and Benayoun. Delac is highly-rated (Kalas must be as well for that amount of money), and Ramires looks a very exciting player. I've always liked Yossi, just a shame he isn't five years younger! Still a very good player who already looks to be fitting in.

Its because we don't need to spend at the moment considering the squad we've got. Although I'm quite sure we'll see at least £100 million spent over the next two summer windows. We did spend £31.6 million this year, though, and we made £12.15 million from transfers as well, so it has been a productive summer IMO.

Cech wouldn't be the greatest captain in my view; he's quite quiet for a goalkeeper. I wouldn't give it Cole, either, he just doesn't exactly strike me as leadership material. In all honesty I'd give it to Drogba; he's one of the leaders on the pitch even though he doesn't wear the armband; when he comes back and helps to defend its pretty inspiring, so he's my choice.

Malouda, Mikel and Drogba have been exceptional, but Malouda's goalscoring form earns him my vote.

I think this forum has a literally 'carefree' attitude towards things, and people who are different in their way of thinking end up getting criticised for it. But, that's another story, I suppose... I think this can be Kalou's season if he continues to be used as he is. Ancelotti seems to have found out how to use him properly - something Mourinho, Grant and Scolari simply couldn't do. He is a very good impact sub and he could easily get 15 goals this season.
