The amount of entitlement on this board is embarrassing. It's like you think we should automatically be top of the table regardless of performances. Football doesn't work that way. We're going through a blip but there have been worse moments than this. People are quick to forget the Villas-Boas/di Matteo/Benitez era and even the Avram Grant days. Considering we're in a real shit moment, and that Newcastle always raise their game against us, we have to be happy with the point, especially considering we were 0-2 down. That's a point gained on last season's result. Beat Southampton on Saturday and we'll have gained three points on last season's corresponding fixtures.

Ramires in the last two games = the Ramires of 2012. He's back.
-
You're really clutching at straws. What proof do you have that he is sexist? Because he fired a woman? Behave. Go and do a Google search for "straw man argument" and you'll be able to pick out all the flaws in your supposed 'reasoning'.

People like to be outraged for the sake of having something to complain about. If people really care that much, I'd hate to see how they cope with saying goodbyes to people who are actually in their real lives

This is a real topic?

It seems to be that you're calling José sexist because of what has happened. If he'd have had the same showdown with a male physio (which, in fact, he did, with Jon Fearn), would you be calling him sexist then? No. Stop playing the gender card. It's boring. If you don't like José, too bad for you, but let me just put something into perspective for you:
-
Why are we "back in the title race", may I ask? We were never out of it.
-
The #9 is cursed.
-
When people say "she didn't do anything wrong", they're clearly missing a very important point. José is absolutely spot on when he says there is a game situation that has to be read before a medic enters the pitch. It's much the same at grassroots football, where I always make sure that I scream at the referee to make a sub for my Under 9s when the opposition has a throw-in and we're out of shape. It gives us time to get back into our shape at the back. Tactics transcend what the eleven men do on the pitch, it's far bigger than that.

If I had to pick and choose between José and Eva, I'd go with José every time. People wouldn't care if it was a middle-aged, fat, balding bloke - so why the furore over an attractive female?

At present, it's our best shot at winning silverware. If all we end up with this year is the COC, after the start we've made in the League, that could be a blessing. The team I'd select is a very strong side. People naming 3/4 youngsters in the side will be disappointed because it simply won't happen. You don't need to (and shouldn't) rotate goalkeepers too regularly, and though it has been enforced through suspension and injury, we've rotated in that position too often this season already. Begovic has to start, IMO. Having the likes of Branna, JT, Rambo, Remy, Oscar and Falcao ensures the new guys/youngsters such as Papy, Baba, RLC and Traore are all comfortable. This isn't going to be an easy game, and if you offered me a scrappy 2-1, I'd take it. Begovic Ivan - Papy - JT - Baba Ramires - RLC Remy - Oscar - Traore Falcao
-
In general, the club don't seem all that keen in spending big on a back-up, though Baba is a bit of an anomaly at present.

That's one game. Look at the win at Everton when Silva, Kolarov and even Sterling out-performed Toure by a mile. Over the season so far, Yaya has had maybe two or three outstanding games, but is it any wonder that their first PL loss of the season came when Silva was out of the team? That's just my opinion though.
-
I would actually say Alex Kolarov is performing better than anyone in a City shirt at present. Silva, Kompany have been outstanding. Toure has been very good, as has Fernandinho.
-
Not even the best midfielder at City this season, don't hyperbolise.
-
I presume you're forgetting this is a cup game, then. I also presume you forget that we lost 4-2 at home to Bradford last season while they were in the middle of a four-game winless streak.
-
And people want us to play a third-choice XI against them.
-
That, or his evil, mutated, brainwashed cyborg clone who is intent on the destruction of mankind.

Exactly, I played in goal until the last season or so, and if I didn't get elbowed, punched or studded at least once a game, I'd question the striker's commitment. Which is exactly why I always took catches with an aggressive high foot, even more aggressive than Cech below. If anybody wanted to leave one on me, I'd leave a bigger mark than they did. Football is a physical game, but Costa seems to be offending people by reminding them of that. Even Torres, the so-called nice guy of our team in recent times, could be an utter cunt at times: I think Diego can cross the line quite often, and he came very close to it on Saturday. However if he offends you or you think he's a wanker, etc., then you should watch badminton instead.
-
RLC, Chalobah, MvG = free Wanyama = £20m Nah.
-
I was just about to pull out the Chopper example, my dad was down the Bridge in the 60s and said Costa would have been mocked for being such a pussy by those standards!
-
Oh no, I totally accept that, however I think he's becoming too obsessed with riling players rather than scoring goals.

Absolute bullshit. Why is there only one account suggesting it on Twitter? Because that one account is bullshitting. Simple.
