I said that in relation to the players supposedly trying to undermine him, tormenting him and blatantly showing disrespect towards him by not even saying goodbye! I was sad to see him go for two reasons - he was a nice guy, and we finally had a long-term manager in place. But I think most people would agree, judging on what RDM achieved that season, that it was in the end a vindicated decision.
