I think you may have still missed my point I too am fed up of Torres and how he has stopped us from signing quality strikers but the point I was trying to make is that even as he hasn't kicked a ball since United he is being abused hence why people who still Torres feel the need to come and defend him.. Using the same old sorry he won us the corner and carried us through Europa blah blah.. I think its best that if you don't like the player stay out of is thread if every post you are going to call him a cunt or useless piece of shit...Its counter productive cause it won't get him out of Chelsea any faster and it just brings in the Torres supporters and the cycle begins all over again.. The role Mata had in the team was given to Hazard to be the creative focal point as we have seen all season.. This romantic idea that the #10 needs to be a creative juggernaut is just that an idea.. OUR TEAM needs balance and what Oscar brings to the table is that balance.. Fair enough he could use more assists but if he puts players in and they don't score you are going to hold that against him in not making assists that is a tad unfair.. To register an assist there needs to be finishing whether it come from another AM or CM or our ST as we can all plainly see that is where we struggled all season to put the ball in the back of the net once that gets better as a team Oscar's assisting stats will increase

I can't believe people are now calling for Oscar head.. when we played possibly the best team on the planet current CL holders Oscar was vital as he was in the 2-1 defeat of City at the Bridge.. He is rested for this game as tactics dictated we needed to be faster on the break and all of a sudden his importance is being questioned.. This.. could it have been tactics by previous managers to not give him so much responsibility to take over the game, those duties used to fall to a former player of ours but Jose wants Eden to be the main man and now we are seeing more of the Eden that takes people on whenever he gets the ball

I too believe 4-3-3 is the way to go for this game with height and passing ability in the middle Mikel Matic and Lamps.. Back 4 will be the same Ivan Cahill Terry Azpi and I feel Jose will still play Hazard from the start for this one and Willian too.. Eto'o or Ba if we keep it simple and into feet Eto'o will shred those slow turning CBs they have if we want to lump it forward then Ba the better option.. We need this game to take minds off of all this transfer nonsense

If you compare their first season at Chelsea Hazard had the better debut in PL if you want to look at the stats check my last post in this thread

Looking at replacing Juan in terms of assists will be our biggest challenge but when looking at the number I think we should be ok with 2-3 of the former amigos picking up the difference: 1st season with Chelsea JM: 13 goals 20 assists (11-12) OE: 12 goals 12 assists (12-13) EH: 13 goals 24 assists (12-13) 2nd season with Chelsea JM: 19 goals 35 assists (12-13) OE: 8 goals 7 assists (13-14) so far EH: 11 goals 8 assists (13-14) so far Juan will definitely be missed in terms of his creativity but as far as I have seen this season Hazard has show more than enough that he can keep a high standard of creativity not to mention Oscar, Willian adding to it as well.. We are sitting in third and now have a team starting to click and that is without Mata in the lineup.. United will be getting a great player no doubt but we have more than a couple players capable of picking up the slack if not exceeding what Mata did for us last year.. So while we are sad about him leaving let us look to the future cause its not as dark as it seems and is looking brighter every year :blue scalf: :blue scalf:
