Dude... If this is your way to show disappointment... man I would never want to be married with you. You clearly cannot stop arguing about it . In the Lukaku topic you remind me of a really good friend of mine I used to have...
-
You do realize he played at 'Chelsea B' Vitesse Arnhem 2011-2013. We let him go to Swansea for 14 million... now after 1 season in EPL buying 19 million for him... That would simply be the dumbest thing ever...
-
You that know Lukaku so well... of course knew that Lukaku already 4 Champions league games... scoring 3 goals? Or didn't you? Yes please... I'm sick of this ridiculous hate posts!
-
DH is a trustworthy newspaper form the french part of Belgium! I guess this means he's off! Such a shame we never seen him play at the Bridge to prove himself!! But I guess Everton would be a good team for his progression! Better hope our Board arrangement a buy back clause... Otherwise we will regret this!!! On the downside... This means ANOTHER your of Nando 'cannot score' Torres

Dude I respect you for a lot of posts I agree on... but on the Lukaku thread you are really pissing me off! Not only because you post almost everyday... But because you keep on repeating that he had his chance, is a coward, ran away and most importantly has a big mouth and needs to shut up. I didn't want to reply on that... but because you just keep on going... I just have to First of all: It really amazes me every time I see how many people think he has a big mouth, is an arrogant boy who 'said' he's a complete striker AND who also said he needs to be the #1 striker! I don't know who replied on my last post saying 'we also know Romelu'... But fact is, if you say all these things above... it just proves one thing: you clearly don't know Lukaku and you are clearly biased by media! Yet again... it really amazes me how much impact the media has in the UK, because many guys on here tend to think these things. So, like I said before, I know Lukaku personally from age 15. It's not like he calls me every night or would invite me on his b-day party BUT if I see him at the bridge he will most definitely recognize me and come over to say hi. So I think I'm well placed to make a judgement on him... and forgive me for getting very angry on people who are just filling forum pages because they also 'think' they know him! Lukaku is one of the most dedicated and professional players out there. Even when it comes to multimedia training etc! Please try to understand that the press loved the fact that Lukaku was outscoring our own strikers time after time and did their best to make a big story of that! By doing this also trying to make Lukaku say he also thinks he's better that the Chelsea strikes, etc. He really didn't. The only thing he did say once it that 'he feels like a more complete striker now' => easy to translate to 'a complete striker' Now Facts: I will give you some inside info from the boardroom:First off all trainers get the clear instructions to try and make Torres shine again. Don't forget this was a +50£ million investment... We will most definitely lose on him... but the board at least wants to regain of part of it => this is also the only reason why he keeps playing (frustrating so many fans!!)Last season plan was to loan out or sell Demba Ba! Everything was tried to get him out so we would have 3 strikers left... At the final day of the mercato... only Arsenal and a financially broke Malaga were willing to take him. He was almost gone to Arsenal, but finally the board decided not to let him go to an EPL rival. The fact that Ba wasn't loaned out had direct connection and impact on the Lukaku loan. This was the reason why this was also done so surprisingly late!Mourinho didn't mind starting the season with 4 strikers! Which is his good right as a coach, but from a players point of view this means: 'if you're lucky you get enough chances to prove yourself. If you have bad luck... you end up in the stands. This is not really a risk you want to take in a WC year.Lukaku knew Torres had to play (orders from above) & Eto'o came as a superstar and old friend of Mou as the 1st or 2nd option. Meaning he would be 3rd striker, probably on the same level as Ba. So on those who keep saying he's a coward who run away.... one word: WC year with a promising Belgian team. He NEEDED to prove himself to our NT Wilmots after Benteke's amazing form! So he just needed to play. With 4 strikers at the bridge... the best way to prove himself was another loan to Everton. If you think he had enough chances to prove himself after 3 games in competition... => You're joking right?? He gets a real chance in a game or 10-15. Still needs to come. So imo Lukaku absolutely didn't had the chance to prove himself yet at the bridge! For the 'big mouth' shit => please get to know the real person instead of the media made version of him! If you want my opinion about a possible transfer... If the club sorts out the problem with Torres before the end of August (sell him), there is a 100% chance that Lukaku will stay and fight for his spot with Costa & Drogba!

Christophe Henrotay is still Lukaku's manager... So the monaco talks are just BS!

I absolutely did not think one second about PSG when posting this. He's just in Paris for fun! 100% sure he will be dancing around defenders in his nr 10 shirt in the EPL soon !!

I know most on here consider Vertonghen as a spud c*nt, Mertens I believe is seen as a good player (also because of his excellent WC!). But I think everyone should admit that this is a great video! Proving our belgian 'star players' are still just 'one of the guys'! Wish more football players would be a little more down to earth, just like these guys... Some extra info about his training at Anderlecht: Communication manager David Steegen: "We received a call by Romelu to ask if it would be possible to participate in training because he wanted to be fit for preseason at Chelsea. Of course we agreed on this, just like we did with Mbark Boussouffa a few years ago. Romelu is a son of the club and we are actually very honored that he wants to train with us. Also for our younger players, like Yourie Thielemans, it is an inspiring experience to train together with a player like him!" On the question if Lukaku is holding back a little... "No, not at all. He participates in ALL exercises and gives himself 100%"! 'on the picture with Besnik Hasi, former assistant Manager, then interim Manager (winning the league) and now his first full season as a Manager!

His hometown has been really supportive and proud about Eden! Here is to show he's a great family guy who pleases ALL his fans (and not only the TOP models like a lot of players tend to do these days)!

Our boys will indeed be back July 30th! Looking forward to have 3 belgians together on the pitch some day

Could have been on the beach in Ibiza for one more week of vacation! But no... he decides to join practice at former club Anderlecht to keep in shape! Good choice Rom!

The girl on the right is a friend of mine. She's definitely not his girlfriend. The other one I don't know, but it would surprise me a lot if she would be it. So none of them would be my answer!

Figuratively way of speaking Skipper! And I'm on a cruise in the Baltic sea at the moment... so I cannot be more relaxed ps: Nickname wise... I hope you're not the captain of this ship... otherwise I will turn into panic mode

Amazing that this whole forum is now starting to think Thibaut doesn't want to be at Chelsea anymore... Also that he, just like Lukaku, is the most arrogant prick in the world.. Less reading newspapersSeason should start soon to end all this page filling nonsenseps: oh wait... arrogant prick? I think this reminds me at the time Hazard was about to sign here!
-
What bothers me most is that we have like 250 pages on here people talking about 'how good he thinks he is already' + 'that he needs to stop talking talking talking...' You should know that in Belgium, where we actually know him very well, he has always been praised to be so down to earth and humble (even when being the star player of our biggest team at age 16!!). I know this must feel like a shock to you guys... But trust me, that's really how he is! I bet I heavily underestimated the power & impact of the UK tabloids. If most people on here really think Lukaku is a kid disrespectful to his club and always talking, talking, talking... they cannot be more wrong. He's in fact a model professional with a respectful and humble attitude towards his club. If half of our team would train as dedicated as he does, if they would have the same ambition, if they would go be the same lifestyle (not drinking and partying too much)... We wouldn't even be discussing title races every year. We would just stand out! And the referral to slavery is just because on here the most disloyal fans are constantly moaning about the fact he needs to shut up and play... If any of us was treated the same way as Lukaku on his daytime job... I would wonder how many would still sit on the same chair... working for the same boss!
-
What is this modern day slavery???? He cannot have an opinion... he's ours and he needs to shut up and train. Do you guys want me to bring some whips? Maybe you can hit him a few times... like the good fans you are!!! Bashing him down after every wrong touch or missed chance! You guys must feel proud! He outscored our strikers twice! He's a young guy full of ambition... and he's not even on our bench. He's been send to benches of other clubs. Of course he can have an opinion! He's a f*cking human being! If he doesn't want to be loaned out again after 3 seasons... don't you guys think he has the right to think so? I'm getting so depressed when reading some of your posts. You should've lived in the Roman era.. bet you would've loved it there (if you were on the good side!!)
-
Fact: he has a tough WC so far (like the whole national team)if he scores a hattrick against South Korea... 4 pages of "He's the man!!"/"got to be our first striker" & "fuck Torres, get Lukaku back" will be all over here!Forums... aren't they a great read
-
No real need to start a whole discussion here ... point is: he's gone. Yet I need to say... imo this was a huge mistake. I still hope we have a buy back clausule in his contract. KDB is probably the biggest talent & most efficient player in the whole Belgian NT. Seen the fact the whole world is drooling on the quality we have in our NT... It's kinda ironic we had the MVP of this team in our squad... and we simply let him go! ps: unless you see it from the business side: a profit of more than 10million euros on 1 year... not bad!
