Ribery should have had a penalty before the goal.

Bayern anywhere, imo, are better than Real madrid. Which is why I think they will go through. I think Ribery has made all the diference between the sides in the first half, and not just in the goal. He has been outsatanding. Cointrao ( can't spell his name ) can't stop Robben and Lahm either.

Tbf, whenever he has been in doubt since he signed for us, he has proved us wrong and rose to the challenge. So I'm all for giving him a chance against Barcelona, especially with JT on his side.

I want Lukaku to become the next best striker just as much as the next Chelsea fan. But let's be realistic, even at the reserve level he hasn't exactly been out of this world. Having watched a few reserve games, I'd even say thet Patrick Bamford has been better.

I think he can actually make a differnce off the bench when we need a goal. But the last couple of games we were leading and needed to defend, so bringing on a winger who doesn't track back for a winger who does was rightly not in the card for RDM. But I agree that he should've been given a chance at CF this season, just not at this critical stage.

We can't keep him just so he can play at wembley and the odd big CL match. Him leaving will clear out a spot for a striker that will show up in every game.
