I really don't want to bicker over this, but I live in the middle east and expirience those events firsthand. ALL armies, and political parties for that matter, in the middle east are part of either the American or Iranian "project" in the area and take direct orders from them. It is well known that the US has unlimited power in the KSA through the oil companies that practically run the country. Who is living in the whitehouse has little to do with the US's external policies as was proved by Obama's failure to withdaraw the army from Iraq, stop the US's financial and militiral support for Isreal despite the financial crisis, or even close Guantanamo prison as he said he would do.

To the pitch size debate: I really don't get all those saying that Camp nou's bigger pitch will make a big difference. Their pitch is 1.49% wider and 1.94% taller than that at SB. That's not even noticeable with the naked eye!

The best thing is that Barcelona's performance has been quite pathetic. Barely had any real chances. I'm suddenly feeling much more optimistic about Tuesday.

I think that one of the things that frustrated Barca the most on wednseday is that we, for most of the game, tried to contain them and force them to make side passes instead of crowding the player in possession. The latter kind of pressure is what barca want teams to play against them since it leaves spaces on the far side of the defense and since they thrive on playing passes in tight areas. This is why I believe that we won't mind too much if they choose to play more on the wings, in fact that is where we should try to force them, imo.

Don't think that'll do them much good if we play with 4 holding midfielders like we did at SB. Honestly, Pep never struck me as a tactical genius.
