That is very inconclusive because the camer with which the picture was taken is infront of the ball so the ball will seem further into the goal than it really is just like the cam behind the goal shows the ball further out of the goal. The ball being in the air and not on the ground means that the line in the picture proves absolutely nothing. For it to decisive, you need a picture from a camera that is level with the posts. Not that I mind that we were given the goal

He makes some unbelievable save sometimes, but let's in soft ones at others. If he were more consistent, he'd up there with the top keepers in Europe imo.

Whoever plays on the right wing has to track back and help Iva with messi. Danial will most defenitely not do that. Ramires on the right is a must for me. Yes and yesterday we had most of the possession of the ball, and both his assists came from a slow build up, not a counter. Our only chance against Barca is if we lump the ball forward to DD or down the wings. We can not try short passes in the midfield to keep possession. We will get raped if we do.

I wouldn't start mata for this game as crazy as that sounds, because: 1) The only advantage our side has is our physical strength. We need to bully them off the ball and Mata just can't do that. 2) If he plays in the center behind the striker he will have to mark Xavi or iniesta wich would be a disaster since he can't defend and Barca will probably have possession most of the match. 3) If he plays on the wing, he is not fast enough to break on the counter and beat their fullbacks. 4) Mata plays well when the team has most possession and want to break a tight defense. The only chance we have against barca is if we sit deep and lump the ball forward to DD whenever possible. If we try to pass the ball in midfield, we are screwed.

Based on the fact that all Sturridge offers is goals, and lately he hasn't been doing that. His defending is just awful and his work rate is the worst in the team. As a manager, you just can't afford to be playing him when in a match like today when the opposition have a left winger like Bale. Since Robbie has taken over, Kalou has been one of our best players. Most of the games he played, he's always the one running the mos on the attack and also tracks back like he always does. Yes, he lacks the technique sometimes, and he defenitely doesn't have Danny's pace, but atm, I think that he, overall, offers more on the pitch.

He was MOTM in my eyes. He was brilliant in starting attacks and even more surprising, at stoping Tottenhams attacks. Made a few great tackles and interceptions that I did not know he was capable of.
